Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.
Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

I love the apparel that I buy at Fabletics. It is great quality. You can skip your membership each month or use your credits to buy almost anything. Their sales are the time to buy. Never pay the full price! The fit is as you would expect, maybe things run a half size larger but that's fine with me.
I'm expected to buy the same sale item from yesterday and the days prior... with two boring colors black, and blue. I've requested more fun colors, but that hasn't happened.
Love the app and the website! Always extremely easy and quick to order and get my stuff! All round great experience!
I have had wonderful customer service and my clothes have always come promptly in the mail.
Hi shipping takes too long. You guys should offer different types of shipping.
I love everything about Fabletics. The look, feel, fit and the cost. The only negative thing I can say is it's really hard to get the new colors in my size😞
The quality is unsurpassed. When you wear these uniquely constructed items you feel confident and styled. As a larger person I appreciate this the most.
I ordered flair, but both styles were clearly 1970's bell bottoms. They were awful. Returns were a hassle. Even though it showed delivered to them at their address with the tracking information THEY GAVE ME, I had to take a pic of the drop off receipts and jump thorough a bunch of other hoops. Sized for a toddler anyhow.
I am new to the company and don't quite have it figured out yet. I don't like that the $59 charged a month goes to a unit credit instead of just a $59 credit. Shipping is slow and not sure why there is an import fee. Exchange for wrong size Went very smoothly.
I placed 2 orders and paid the $59.99 membership fee 2 months. I ordered a pair of tights that advertised as "winter" so I expected them to be thicker than their normal tights. But they are not so I'm pretty disappointed and don't feel I received the value I expected for the membership fee. Just too expensive.
Very happy with the products I recommend them to family and friends constantly.
The materials are durable.
Really great company, provides excellent clothing for a great price. One company that actually rewards its existing members rather than just its new members. Always good delivery times once you've ordered and the clothes are exactly as they are advertised
I've always loved your clothing hence to reason for never leaving. It's great quality for great price. However when I saw you started to charge your loyal customers the tariff fees I was appalled that an American owned company would charged their own American people to make up the money. As a business owner myself I completely understand the need to increase prices due to the never ending increase in prices of our community. But instead of thinking of opening up a factory in the US to avoid the tariff imposed on you for making your products overseas you decide to put on us. Then supporting another country and not thinking about the jobs you can create here. Thank you for the products until this happen but until you think about other strategies to not put this on your buyers I will not be coming back.
Any time I go to the site to look at anything I get a follow-up email, almost immediately asking if I want to buy what I glanced at. A little too big brother for me. Also, I swear I skipped months and was still charged. Too bad, cause the products are decent if you get the sales, but relax on the hard sell.
While the products are of great quality, the shipping has a lot to be desired. So if you need or want something fast, don't order Fabletics. If it doesn't bother you to wait, then absolutely get their products.
The agent was courteous, clearly understandable and effective in resolving my issue.
It has been close to a month and I still haven't gotten my products.
I ordered an item and it took nearly 3 weeks to receive it.
I bought 4 pair on sale, and these are fabulous! I'm 5'11" And these fit snug but too tight, wish they were a bit more high waisted but these are fabulous for wearing day to day and going to Pilates! Perfect buy!
Super comfortable clothing. Incredibly soft and stretchy. Will definitely be ordering more for the spring and summer!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
