My daughter (14 y o) wanted to buy leggings 2 for $24 and I checked it and I told her yes. Good deal. Gave her my credit card, and few months later I was been charged for VIP membership $50 a month. My daughter cried embarrassed that she didn't know about it and because she knew I was upset. Company refunded my money, but funny girl on the phone told me " that when my daughter turn 18 they hope that she becomes a VIP member and she can also tell her friends about it". Really?
While they're products are fantastic and I am in love with their leggings, the amount of frustration I received dealing with their customer service and website experience is too high to tolerate anymore.
Multiple times I have tried returning items that were either out of stock after I purchased or never told me they were final sale and I was not allowed to return it. Other times they were delivered to the wrong address and they would not re-deliver the item or they were never delivered at all and I have to wait over 3 weeks before they bother to send it again. It also takes over 2 weeks to get anything delivered in the first place.
I loathed every single time I had to call customer service. Their credit points system also doesn't make any sense.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. There are plenty of other great sporting good stores for women that are much less frustrating. Save money and stay away.

This brand has gone downhill since they first came out. Styles are unflattering and they completely missed the mark with women over 50. They used to have styles for all ages. That is no longer the case.

I've been a member since 2016 and my experience has been largely positive. A few fit issues here and there, mostly with sports bras. But the quality is great - I'm still wearing some of my original pieces.

I've bought quite a bit of Fabletics apparel over the past six months, and I've been pretty happy with all of it. The frequent sales make things pretty hard to pass up - particularly if you're trying to build up a decent supply of workout apparel so you're not constantly doing laundry!
My lone complaint is with the company's website and app - specifically the shopping cart/checkout functions. On both of my last two orders, I ended up having to call in and have an agent place the order because the site simply would not calculate the total correctly. In one situation, it would not apply gift card credit to a sale price, and on the other, an item showed up in the cart at a lower percentage off than the current 60% off everything promo. The agents resolved the issues and placed the orders, but this is not something customers should have to do.

I like the product but am very disappointed about how you want to take automatic $54.95 out of my checking. I have purchased several from this site. First time The money was deducted I assumed it was just accumulated in my account and I could spend at a later date but found out it was much more difficult. I will probably cancel my membership.

Unfortunately, Fabletics men's offerings are very limited, but to add to the disappointment, many sizes/colors are not in stock when trying to order. I will be cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.

The Fabletics site is more cumbersome to navigate than most, but the biggest problem is how persistent and invasive they are. I log on to skip a month of my membership and 10 minutes later get a text about checking out the website. It doesn't encourage me to shop, instead it makes me want to cancel my account and never go near them again.

If you're looking for a lord of the flies type experience for your littles then you are in luck. Parents not parenting, spending all their time on their phones while their children run around like possessed little feral demons. There were several safety issues there as there was no staff monitoring play areas, and I even saw some kids playing in the hand sanitizer. Definitely won't be going back there.

Terrible! I was unknowingly signed up for a monthly membership that I don't want, I spoke with a representative who reassured me that I'll never be charged again this $60 fee and the same thing happened again at the same time this month. This is terrible.I will never order from this company again
I called to cancel the membership because they do not make s simple online portal to end the service. I recommend ordering from amazon or even china before ordering from fabletics and in all honesty it looks like they get all there stuff from china anyway $50 for nothing is never a good deal. No matter how good the discount. Thankfully I read the fine print. BUT WAIT there is more, even if you choose to "skip a month," once you click the "skip link" it takes you to a page where you have to confirm that you want to skip! I almost over looked this... At that moment I knew the company was shady. Anyway please stay away!
Since day 1 I'm in love with all the products specially the pants. This the first time in my life that I found pants that I feel comfortable in and it's actually good for workout. Have you been to one of their physical stores? If you haven't you need to asap. It's some other type of level of customer service. Also the fitting room has a tablet that shows you what you're trying on, makes recommendations, and let you ask for help if you need. It's some cutting edge tech. I loved it!

Fabletics billed me $49.95 for a monthly subscription service after I ordered one item and attempted to cancel my service. Their representative then stated they would charge my account for the following month because their policy was to only accept cancellations on the first five calendar days of every month and I was notifying them on the 7th calendar day. Totally infuriating. Needless to say I contested the charge and was able to get the next following month cancelled. I still ended up paying for one monthly subscription fee for ordering nothing in one month. That qualifies as a misleading scam in my book. Run away from Fabletics unless you want to spend $50 month on their goods. What a sad joke.

Clothing was much larger than a typical S male size for me and so was not a good fit. Quality was just fine. It is immensely difficult to modify or cancel your subscription - wait times of over 100 people and 1000 minutes, but you CAN NOT cancel on your own. Has to be done through the service so it's not worth it, really is not worth it at all even for a one time discounted purchase.

Very disappointed with this company. How they can legally charge you $50 for a "credit" and allow that to expire after a year is baffling to me. They claim emails were sent warning me, but I have searched back through and find nothing! Trying to chat with them with any problem is near impossible and honestly, the quality is fine, but not for what they charge for a non-VIP member price. Will be cancelling my membership.

I signed up for a membership a few months ago because it seemed like you had quality clothing, which you do. However, navigating your website is a huge problem. I've had multiple instances where I can't check out. Once when I finally was able to checkout I ordered the wrong size, brought the item to a store to do an exchange and they ordered me a completely different color. 2 months waiting for a pair of pants that ended not being what I wanted at all.
You cant cancel your membership online either or if you can it's so we'll hidden I haven't been able to find it. Ultimately I wish I never signed up for a membership. Been charged for membership credits I haven't been able to use because your website won't let me checkout, get the wrong items the one time I have used it and can't even easily cancel the membership. Unbelievably disappointed.

The 1 is only because the quality of leggings is good. But not worth getting charged $70 a month for an account that you cancelled months ago. I looked into my bank statements because I noticed less money than there should be. They charged me twice for an account that I cancelled in April. When I called to cancel the membership yet again and demanded a refund, they kept trying to scam me back into the membership and were very reluctant to give a refund. Would not recommend. This has been a horrible experience.

If you manage to find something you like, it's impossible to actually get it. They're sold out of everything all the time, their website glitches.
I used to really love them, but I just don't anymore. Half my wardrobe was Fabletics, and honestly, the stuff lasts. But, I'm not going to get items that are ugly and gaudy, and don't fit.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
