The cute stuff I would like to purchase is never in stock. I totally understand the marketing advantage of how a limited amount of an item creates urgency, but I've been to your site more than a dozen times to look for ways to spend my credits and left the site not making any purchases. If my only choices for my size (L-pretty darn mainstream) end up being olive green or rust one more time, I'm going to stop my VIP membership. There were two times I did try to buy some basic black leggings & mens shorts that appeared to be in stock (Black Friday & a date at the beginning of Dec.), but during checkout I was not able to "verify" my physical address. It most likely was a software problem as I've purchased and received things from Fabletics at this address before. Bummer! I like Fabletics' products and would like to actually buy them.
Be careful with this place. Their products are great, no issue there. However, they automatically set you up on a monthly billing cycle after your first purchase of 54$. Once I realized that I already lost the money I "saved" from the online deal they gave me.

Wanted to purchase workout gear for my hubby from their new men's line. Either out of stock or not in stock for men who wear a larger size. Also the women's line is very repetitive, with mainly leggings and sports bras.

Wish there were more capri-length leggings, especially in larger sizes. Not everyone wants to wear their sports bra as a top. Please consider the design of outfits and tanks to allow more modest coverage.

Their products are crap. Worn and washed maybe 3 times and stitching is coming undone. They won't stay up above my belt line on the back and I have a normal not overweight body. Bad design, Chinese crap, don't buy. It takes about 20-30 minutes waiting for responses from idiots to cancel your monthly plan. These people are scammers.

Always easy to order. Everything arrives rather quickly. Love the apparel! Every piece is high quality and lasts forever! My daughter and I have a great collection of Fabletics including shoes! Shoes are the only thing that have worn out so far after approximately 500 walking miles!

I'm not upset or anything just one of those people who loves obsessively tracking packages. This newgistics gives me no info and then has updated to say I will receive the package the next day for about 3 days in a row now. Still don't have the shorts.

The clothes are fine, pretty average, but the VIP monthly charge system is predatory. You can get similar-quality athletic clothing at many other companies. I'd avoid fabletics for the monthly fee alone. It's difficult to cancel and they won't issue refunds.

The clothes I've gotten from here have been great. But the website is so slow nowadays you can't even order anything. I've tried it on 4-5 different devices and each one is too slow. I contacted customer service email to stop my subscription and got no response. Fabletics, go get yourself a CIO.

The membership policy is a little deceiving. I agreed to join something that would cost me money every month without really realizing it. Also the processing/shipping time was pretty ridiculous. I made 2 other orders from different companies after placing the order for my shorts and received both packages days before my shorts came in

Stuff is pretty good looking, but a little loose fitting. All shorts need strings, since elastic isn't that strong. Delivery has consistently been longer than expected. Prices are fair when it is on sale.

I was not aware that I was getting involved with a " membership" and now I'm out almost $900! They just kept charging my PayPal account. When I accepted the first discount I didn't read closely and I didn't notice the $49.95/ month charges for quite a while. NOW my credits ( whatever those are worth) have EXPIRED. So, money loses its value somehow. Plus, I was charged twice in July. I attempted to call. I waited over 17 minutes while being informed I was # 73 in the queue and my wait would be less than 3 minutes. This was after I tried 4 times to "chat" online. The chat took several minutes to connect, only to lose connection. I am sick about this and I cannot get any assistance. I'm not even sure if I actually cancelled my membership or not. The website account info is a nightmare to figure out. Do Not Join Fabletics

I have been a Fabletics subscriber for years and have been really happy with my orders- especially the pants and sports bras. They were much better than anything I've found available in stores. The only thing I would want to be aware of before ordering is that there are delays when shipping to Canada, so order well in advance.

Fabletics has high quality clothing for a somewhat reasonable price. My biggest complaint remains that they insist on making every matching set a crop top or just a bra. So many women do not want to workout with their back and stomachs out. The crops and bras are great for the optics of social media/online, but we need significantly more options with full shirts!
Fabletics has pretty good customer service and they are quick to resolve any issues that may arise.

I have 3 orders going currently all shipped within 1 day but take several days for any activity on same shipping labels and now items that said they would arrive in a week are now saying possibly 2 weeks. My whole family wears Fabletics, including my husband and 16 yr old son for me they are the best leggings I've found but gotta do better about not letting it sit in your warehouse for days after creating the shipping label.

Love the leggings! Wish there was a better selection in store, but I'm typically able to order what I want. Love the sales and discounts for members! Not crazy about the sports bras. Overall very happy with my purchases!

I've used Fabletics for other family members, primarily for shorts and leggings. I am 5'9 and ordered a pair of women's sweatpants for MY first purchase. Not only did they take forever to arrive, which is pretty typical for Fabletics, they were also super short... and I'm by no means super tall.

I have never had a delivery take such a long time. And I've ordered things from China.
It actually took over 3 weeks to get two pairs of shorts!
Then the shorts have no lining (which could be my fault), but they are 100% see through.
What a terrible design! Will not be ordering from them again.

Fabletics did the right thing the other day by agreeing to replace the lost package that was reported to be delivered in June of this summer despite our porch camera not being able to confirm said delivery occurred. I still have major struggles with the website as it is not often very intuitive or user friendly- for example, when you go to initiate a return, the printing label does not automatically pop up as a printable. In fact... I am still searching for that shipping label so that I may complete my latest exchange because once again... their shorts sizes are so not true to form. So frustrating.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
