Just now caught this. Ordered one outfit last year and they started to charge me monthly $50 which racked up to over $600 for NOTHING. Please do not order from here. Once they get your credit card they won't stop charging.
As a woman with a larger chest I like that you fear your company towards fitting all sizes. Although your sports bras fit fun in the store then are not functional long term. Most of the bras pull at my neck making it very uncomfortable to wear.
I have tried ordering numerous times from Fabletics. Every time I order either the merchandise arrives days late or they can never fulfill. Also the return policy is absurd in this day and age of Amazon customer service. I'm still waiting on a refund.

I bought 3 different types of leggings all 3 were so thin you could see my underwear! How ridiculous! They looked great but not made well at all! My first pair "the luxe" got a whole the second day I wore them! Never buy from here and don't recommend to anyone! Garbage!

Had an overall good experience shopping on their app. Had trouble scrolling through the pics of each outfit as the pictures don't easily scroll. But Customer Service was great. Shipment arrives earlier than expected.

Very disappointed in the shipping time. I am a new customer who ordered over a week ago and my order has still not shipped. These workout clothes better be amazing, or I will be cancelling membership immediately. I also tried the "Contact Us" link on the site, but it appears that is down too. I'd rather shop Amazon.

Bought an outfit, it was alright. Nothing to write home about. Then I realized they were charging my card $50 per month for not buying anything. Very crooked business model. Nothing "free" about the. Rewards membership. Stay away.
Everything came arrived almost perfect one of my joggers has a hole in the pocket so I can't put anything in there. Other than that little hiccup I'm satisfied and will use their products hopefully with no more holes in the clothes

Fabletics products are high quality and comfortable. I do find the automatic renewal every month too much. They don't give you enough time to cancel & I think the subscription should be quarterly, not Monthly.

Great selection but a bit frustrating to find things you like/want and they are out of stock on sizes or colors preferred. Wish I could ONLY shop my size and In-Stock options. Using website is a bit clunky but overall fine. Payment screen is quick. Shipping was super fast! Loves that as well

After ordering power hold 7/8 leggings, I purchased another pair that was poor quality, thin, and itchy fabric. Getting in touch with customer service is a lengthy task, and by the time you return items they are likely to be sold out of what you want. Good business in theory, but quality doesn't stay consistent with pricing.

The leggings and shorts I ordered are such low quality; there is no way I ever would have paid full price without the new member discount. They're uncomfortable and not squat proof. They remind me of something I'd buy from Ross or WalMart.

So far it's been hit or miss with the sizes and fit. Not having a store makes it really hard to try something on because shipping usually takes forever. For this reason alone, I'll probably just stick with Lululemon for my athletic gear.

I absolutely love these shorts. So comfortable. Easy to clean. Great construction. Got them at terrific price but the monthly membership is too much money for me and I do not buy clothes on a regular basis.

Just skip this company! Go shop local and save shipping! They have horrible customer service, take money out of your bank account without permission and you will Never get to actually talk to a live person!
Terrible! Got roped into an "Exclusive" Membership! Absolutely NO followup on their Orders. Told me the order would be there TODAY. Never showed, Next day never arrived, a Week Nothing! I had to call them to find out where it was! Nothing about "your order will be delayed" or anything! You are just left wondering! UGH! They want their money up front and then to Hell with the customer!

Every time I order from Fabletics, it takes at least a month for my items to arrive. Tracking info is never updated. Chatting with support isn't helpful because they don't know where the items are either.

I have called to cancel membership 3 times within 4 months and was assured it was cancelled. However, the fee is still being taken out of my card. Beware! This company does not follow through! Very frustrating!

Walk into Bellevue WA store as I needed some black leggings. Paid full price non member
1. Over priced
2. Don't last 3 times I've worn them and they are coming apart at the seems. No it's not a small size they are the perfect size

I went a size up from what I usually order to accomodate some post baby weight gain, so imagine my surprise when I get my leggings and they're *the exact same size* as the ones I've ordered previously. This isn't body positive at all.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
