I had ordered some items for my daughter and for my granddaughters birthday, and when I got a notice on my phone saying it was delivered, there was nothing outside my door. I looked at the picture that the driver had taken and they left my items at someone else's house and Fab kids kept giving me the runaround saying that they're going to investigate it! Nothing has happened yet and I asked for a refund, because I was dissatisfied with what happened. I had to purchase something else for my granddaughters birthday and they want to give me a store credit basically because they don't do refunds only a credit! I want my money put back on my card and I don't want a store credit because I don't want to use fabkids anymore.

This doesn't make any sense to me. I thought I ordered two of the four styles available. In fact, I received two of the exact same shirt. What do I need two for? They won't take one back, so if I wanted to return this, I'd have to send both shirts back.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
