I love fabkids but find some items don't last long. Anythjng with lights does not last past one rain. This is always sad to the kids so I don't buy these now
I ordered my baby shoes 12/06/2020 and was informed the shoes will be here by the 16 which is 10 days here it's 12/20/2020 and no shoes when I went to track my order it say it's been in Atlanta for four days which I stay four hours away from them it really make no sense how they lie and want give you a refund on something you not gonna receive for the day you need it for then they feel Comfortable lying about the shipping to get you to shop but not thinking about the customer who have to spend extra money to replace what we didn't receive y'all suck and I will never ever shop with y'all after I receive my baby stuff I want the whole account deleted

I don't like that the credit of $60 if you don't use it goes as 1 ticket and when you are going to use it the item you are buying can be $20 only and it will take the whole $60

Bought these shoes for my daughter and the lights around the perimeter went out completely in one of the shoes and only work on the top right corner of the other after 3 weeks. Trash. Buy elsewhere

Some styles are nice but a Little pricey on somethings, when u can get the same items cheaper elsewhere ajd same styles. Need more shoe selections and sizes are never really available.

Ordered on December 17th. Hoping the package would be there by Christmas. It did not show up till January 4th. Not sure on the long delay for delivery.

Horrible customer service. I canceled my account after waiting over 45 minutes twice and they still charged my account. This place is a scam. STAY AWAY!
Was not please with minimum choices of cheap items offered for your credit points of $49.99 for each point. I can't just choose what I want for that same value so I canceled my membership.

I can't believe I was able to get three pairs of shoes for under $25! Shoes are stylish and comfortable, perfect for school. My girls love all the cute colors and prints that FabKids shoes have.

Totally worth it to shop the sales. Nice shoes at great prices. Shopped during a sale and got some shoes for $5. Bought both of my kids a bunch of new shoes without breaking the bank!

I ordered in the beginning of December with the intentions that it would come in on the 16th like it said when I ordered and I still have nothing in my possession they also tried to take $30+ From my bank account and I am very mad if I don't receive my order in the next 3 days I will be getting my money back through the bank and filing a lawsuit
