I signed up for the site due to a deal a friend at the time shared and right away I could see that the shoes were of poor quality. I decided not to waste my money, but wanted my account totally deleted. I tried chatting with them and the "system" kept having me wait and then it went from waiting to being connected, but no one replied. I called and was told they could not remove my information from their system. WTF! This is my personal information that I should be able to have removed at anytime. The rep hung up on me when I asked about having my email completely removed from their servers. Stay away. I am so glad I never provided any additional information such as my address or credit card information. Stay way from this scam, info collecting, hacker's dream of a website. I will have to close out that email address since these idiots refused to remove my email information from their servers. They do not offer good customer service and the products are of poor quality. It is obvious when the items are seen online. I don't need to spend money ordering any of their junk to see it is garbage.
I love the clothes and i actully did get my outfit free PEOPLE IT CLEARLY SAYS YOUR COULD SKIP UR MONTH AND IF NOT BE SMART PUT ANY EMPTY CARD AND REMOVE THE 1 YOU MADE THE PAYMENT WITH JUST IN CASE U FORGET.
Honestly, everything on the site is cute and then I get it at home and the quality is just bad. Such a bummer! Justfab and Fabletics are both fine. They need to step up the kids line!

I had their membership for a few months and found that everything they sent me fell apart within a month. VERY POOR quality products especially the shoes. For $30 a month I can go to a store and get multiple items for that price that are better quality. Plus their membership is difficult to cancel they try to haggle you to stay with them. Also when I asked for a refund of the balance on my account because their products are poor quality they said that they can only give me back the $30 out of the $90 on the account. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM FABKIDS. EVER.
I really like the clothes quality. I don't think there is a large variety so I find it very annoying that there is no "opt out" option each month and I'm automatically charged

It took a week to get the 1st email with a delivery date they were supposed to be here on the 4th I still haven't received them
It's not worth the headache to join any of the Just Fab memberships. I have Fab Kids and Just Fab and have had nothing but issues. I initially signed up for a good deal, but it was not at all worth it.
There has been several times where I skipped the month -and I always double check it went through - but I still got charged the monthly fee. And getting that refunded is very difficult. They make it so difficult that you will likely give up, because you'll need to spend hours on the phone arguing. They will tell you that you made a mistake. I had to go as far as canceling my debit card and getting a new one.
Aside from that the quality is poor. I bought my daughter boots and within two days the sole entirely fell off! I emailed customer service and they said I can return it but a return for a refund will cost you $15. Again, they make it difficult and not worth the hassle. I've had another pair of kids shoes break after one week, another that was sized incorrectly, a pair of boots for myself that were Walmart quality in looks, and a shirt just as poorly made.
There are countless people like me who were wrongly charged even AFTER canceling their membership. I don't know how they get away with it but this is one of the worst, most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
Boots are adorable. Sjipping was fast, the only thing is they sent the wrong size. Ordered a 11 and got sent a 13 so it might take her awhile to grow into them.

I recently bought some red and black checkered leggings. She wore them once. 1/2 the day in, you could see the white sewing seams in her butt and front area. One wear and they looked a year old.

The shoes aren't the best quality but do kids ever keep anything long anyway? Just wasn't what I expected.

The shoes was not 5 dollars as advertised after still deciding to order i only received 2 pairs of shoes out of ordering 3 and they was in a bag not a box thrown in my yard no knock or letter to sign if I hadn't got home on time they would of been stolen I live in less just say the ghetto where ppl will steal your package I just know not to order again knowing I live in a crime raise spot of theft and I still are waiting on a pair the tan fox boots

I bought some shoes in July ish and none of them fit my daughter so I sent them back. Never got a refund!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
