Eventually they agreed to cancelling the ship request for Fed Ex and processing a return for me. A few days later, still no email to say it was returned. I contacted them again, and this time I also cancelled my VIP package. They said the return would be processed. Over the past week, I received a few emails to tell me there was a shipping delay? And yesterday my credit card was charged for the order. Now I have to contact them again, and try to get the charges reversed.
