Don't like that you have to sign up for a membership amd pai almost $50 a month though...that is not ok. I paid this for month without even realizing it after buying a very cheap item.

Fabkids is a subscription service that requires you to log in to your account within the first 5 day of the month and skip the skip the month. Or pay the subscription fee. Obviously the business model hinges on people forgetting to skip and collecting their fee. After you pay a 50$ subscription you are granted the privilege of being able to shop with '1 member credit". You can buy an item or bundle of items for 1 credit. Be careful to check the price of the items. Because usually you can just pay the regular price and it would cost you less then 50.
And to top it all off the credits expire.
Very disappointed. It took days for an order confirmation. Then told my order was ready to ship but it was being delayed - reason unknown. And now I've been asked what I think about my order when I haven't even received it, nor will I receive it the expected date. I am very disappointed!
When I first started a subscription the selection was amazing. This last 1-2 years it was a limited selection and the prices were over the top. Boys clothes were always limited i felt like this site catered mainly to girls, ( i have one of each) The fit for different styles were different as well, and if you can't try on that makes it frustrating ( I hate repacking and returning g items).
I received an adult size pajama by Rihanna Savage instead of my order. I called and customer service gave me a FedEx label. I shipped it back the next day. I had documentation of the package being returned was delivered on Monday February 24 but didn't have an email that my original shipment was being shipped out. I had to call that Wednesday and inquire. She told me it was being packaged and will ship out in 48 hours. I got an email that it was finally being shipped out. I still have not received it. As soon as I receive it I plan to cancel my account. This is too much effort for a site I don't buy from regularly.
It starts off at FedEx, gets handed off to USPS. It takes weeks. The way it's posted about shipping time sure gets your hopes up, just to be let down. They can do better.
Purchased exactly 2 weeks ago and order tracking has read waiting for carrier to pick up for 2 whole weeks. Customer service repeats the exact same thing word for word when questioned.
We were exited to receive our package but that was short lived. The box and sneakers has the strongest smell of cigarette smoke.! My son refuses to wear them and says they stink. And they do! When we opened the box the smell was overwhelming! Very disappointmenet.

I had fun finding nice shoes for my boys, even though I only found a few we liked in the sizes we need. HOWEVER, FedEx delivered my four pairs of shoes to the wrong house, and I wasn't able to find it. So, I would've loved to see the new shoes, but I guess we'll never know if they were actually nice or not.

The shoes are to big and it's so hard just to try and exchange them. I have to drive all the way across town to just drop them off at a certain location.
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
