The shoes are terribly made... the bottome of the shoes 3 of them are so slippery my son fell at school and hit his nots going up the steps. I will call and complain
Both times that I ordered from Fab kids I didn't receive my shoes and they had to re-order them the first time and send them again and they have no way to track it. It comes via DoorDash and my first order took almost a month to receive it.
Ordered the color pink and not fuzzy and they came WHITE and more like a slipper. Was a birthday gift so I wasn't able to return in time.

I'm getting messages that show the status of my order. One thing says only one item shipped. The next doesn't give details but still only shows one item adding there may be a delay. I still have items and the updates are confusing.

Ordered things for my daughter and was very pleased with the items. The leggings fit great and were of good quality. The dress was so cute and the blue jean jacket was perfect. The pink boots were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended for anyone looking for cute clothes at a good price!

You have good products, but most of the time, the shipping and delivery means used do not meet customers expectations and experience. Most of the time, when I place an order, I never receive the items on time as indicated on the receipt. It would take weeks or months after the expected delivery date, or would get lost. Although there is a reimbursement or one can use the redeeming option to claim and re-order the items, the same items ordered are no longer available most of the time. Therefore, customers have to go by what is available on the website.
Customers want what they ordered for and at the expected delivery date in order to provide a better customer experience.
Never got my order and when I contacted them to find out why, they said my package had been returned to sender by Purolator without my knowledge and they never contacted me and although they got my package with the items I ordered they're no longer available? Customer service agents hung up on me repeatedly and kept me on the hook for over 2 HOURS. What an absolute nightmare. Save your money and shop ANYWHERE ELSE.
I have purchased items from Fabkids for years. The styles are fun. Sometimes the sizing is a little off of the normal size chart and things run a little big. Not a huge deal since kids will grow into the clothing the next year. My Grandkids are growing up so, they have grown Fabkids. It has been nice buying on line and having the fun style options.

I am very disappointed, I waited so long to buy this shoes for my daughter, when I finally did it I went through the website and not at Amazon and I never got a confirmation email or a confirmation number, and on top of that I had an extra charge 10 days later for 50 dólars, that was even more than my purchase prize.
The shoes were really nice but o ended paying like a 100 bucks for a 9year old pair of shoes. Very dissatisfied.

Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
