I have received three boxes so far. A few of the things word cool, however for the most part you are getting things that I can a hundred percent assure you you can find at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. There was a jade roller that was in one of them. You can buy them on eBay for a dollar. The reason I don't suggest these boxes is the time it takes to actually receive the Box oh, there are no surprises. Half of the stuff you are not going to use. The colors that they pick out to throw in there are horrific, mostly the lip colors. I just completely feel like this is a scam and they amp you up, if you're able to be amped up over stuff like this, but again you can buy this stuff yourself and the prices that they state are way over inflated.
I ordered a box Dec 9th, tomorrow is Feb 1st and I still have no box. My status says awaiting shipment. Then when you email them you get an automated response that they may take a while to respond they have an unusual high number of emails. Really? You can probably cut down on those emails if you send out the product people pay for in a reasonable time.
Worst lie to pretend to be a business. I ordered, after over a month and calling multiple times, each time being told it is waiting to be picked up, finally told the box could not be delivered do to address, although they did not contact me to rectify. Was promised it would ship in 3 days, after 2 more weeks I called again and got the same, so sorry for your bad experience, it is a script.

So, the company responded to this review with information that doesn't actually respond to my review. It's just jibberjabber about being a subscription service, even when you purchase a gift card for someone, even though their website doesn't state any of this "subscription" nonsense for gift cards. I can't recommend this obvious scam to anyone.
This is a scam. I sent a friend a $200 gift certificated to this bait and switch company. When she went to their site to activate the gift certificate she was asked to supply her credit card info. Why? The gift certificate was paid for my me on my card. So I contact customer no-service and I'm informed that they need to info since they are a subscription service. Wait, what? They use their gift cards as a way to up their subscriptions. This isn't mentioned in the terms of service. They are just a bait and switch con. I promptly cancelled my subscription and will be contacting the Sec. Of State for my home state and the BBB.
I was given a gift certificate from my daughter. I used it and then was " invited" to join by her so she could get a one time discount on her next box. I was then told by FFF that my gift card was considered a promotion so her invite couldn't apply Since this made no sense, I contacted them and got a complete run around. Terrible company with terrible policies. Don't pay for a one year membership as I predict they will be out of business before the year is over!
I had an inquiry about their monthly subscriptions and their customer service team contacted me immediately and answered my questions as quickly as possible. Am looking forward to receiving this winters editors box!

Yeah... no sign it has shipped and never got a $10.00 credit. Why do I have to contact them over a month later to find out it's a "label" issue. I feel I'm being given the run around. They charged my cc right away but no shipment over 30 days. The shipping schedule is confusing and for good reason. I'm gonna contact my cc because there are policies against companies that take money before shipment. You lost another customer from the looks of your reviews you are not very reputable company. BBB people start putting in complaints because I know I am.
What an awful company. They put the wrong item in my winter box. I emailed them to tell them they had made a mistake and that I had chosen a different item. They tell me I clicked on "surprise me", which I most certainly did not because the item I chose was the 1 thing in the box I was the most excited about. But no big deal.
I was shopping on their site and they had fantastic end of year sales and I threw a few items in my cart but then decided shipping to Canada for these items was just too pricey for me. So I just closed my browser and thought nothing of it. Almost 2 weeks later I received an invoice in my email for the items I had left in my cart!
I phoned them, the person on the line told me that they charged me as a favour to me and that if I read the FAQ I would see that they always do this after a certain window has closed.
I said "Are you kidding me? This is how you get money from people? By stealing it?"
She then tried to sell me on the products by telling me they are deeply discounted and excellent products.
I demanded my money back and that's when she told me they don't normally give refunds but she would give me one this time.
I'm sorry, you stole my money and I have no right to ask for it to be returned to me?
I will NEVER purchase the box or any other items from this company again, and I will tell anyone who is interested - about my experience. I wonder how many people they have actually pulled this over on.

I do like this box, but I don't LOVE this box. When I got my fall box in 2018 I thought it was worth the 54 dollars I paid. The wireless headphones sucked though, they sounded like they were in a tunnel and not worth the price that Fabfitfun claimed them to be (I found them on Amazon for the same price, but it got terrible reviews). The eye mask would be better for cooling your face and not really for sleep, but don't freeze the mask because it gets hard as a rock. The tote bag I got was definitely not worth the price it claims. I feel that Fabfitfun inflates the prices, so it makes it look like a better deal. Also annual subscriber's get to customize more of their box than the regular seasonal (like myself) get too. I thought my winter box was alright, I am going to get the spring box in 2019, but that will be my deciding box if I want to pay for the year and be an annual subscriber, or if I want to cancel Fabfitfun completely. Right now I am up in the air about them. I can understand why some people are disappointed in this company, but I definitely don't think this company is fantastic either.

I received a gift from my wife that was a Fab Fit Fun add-on. I didn't really want a sous vide machine, so I figured I'd return it.
I go to the site to print a label or whatever and see that they don't accept returns!?!?!?
You don't need to know any more then that. They don't accept returns. Sounds like a scam to me. Looking at the reviews, it looks like one too.
All I could do is vote with my wallet, so I cancelled my wife's subscription.

I just spent way too much time via chat trying to understand why I couldn't customize a box as a new customer. I was very frustrated and asked the agent to cancel my FUTURE orders, but he ended up cancelling the box I had just purchased too. When I told him the mistake he had made, he said he could just charge me again for the box. I wasn't willing to let them charge me twice for 1 order. The supervisor I spoke to didn't read the full conversation I had with the previous agent and did not understand why I was even frustrated in the first place. What an annoying, inefficient, and time-consuming encounter. Their advertising is so misleading, as they promote that you can customize your boxes. It turns out, new customers don't have this privilege, and even existing customers only have a short window in which they can customize. If it looks too good to be true, it's because it is.

My sister is a diehard fan of fabfitfun & sent me the option to try "The Starter Kit". All I had to do was pay $5 for shipping. Done & Done! I made an account and put in my information to receive the starter kit! Little did I know they would SUBSCRIBE ME without knowing! All the sudden I'm wondering why I have $49.99 from my account! The work of fine print' I'm sure... SNEAKY COMPANY. Be careful with your "Free" Starter Kit or if just making an account. I'm a business owner of a high-end company and I know what good business is. BAD CALL FABFITFUN.

I was excited to get my first few boxes of Fab Fit Fun. Each box had something new and useful! I'm going into my second year and this I feel like they repeat items during certain seasons. I certainly don't need any more mod cloths. I had 2 boxes arrive that weren't complete & I had little to no luck getting replacement it's or a credit on my account.
Love the hair And beauty products. But I feel like they need to change things up to keep consumers interested. Likely will be canceling my subscription soon.

I ordered the fall box just to test it out, it wasn't bad but I decided I didn't want to order any other boxes. Went on to my account to make sure I wasn't subscribed, then "magically" two months later there's another charge on my credit card. I contact them about it because I didn't want this other box but "it's out of their hands" because it already shipped. I didn't get any notification that I was going to get another box, no email updates, nothing. Which is a huge piss-off because if I had I could have cancelled before the box shipped. You are also able to customize the box but I didn't get the chance to do that with this one because I didn't know I was getting one, so now I'm stuck with a bunch of crap I would not have decided to pick had I been given the option.

I purchased 3 pairs of beats tour2 earphones as addons for Christmas with the winter box. One of the 3 pairs (red and white) were not only the wrong version (I received just tour) but the writing on the box was also in a different language. I have been going back and forth with CS since mid November 2018. I even contacted Apple to verify that the product was authentic. They advised me that all authentic beats products contain a serial number on the actual product and since they did not have one, they were not authentic. FFF lied and told me that they contacted "their people" at Apple and they said the product was authentic. This was a lie, because I still had the earphones in my possession. FFF ended up advising me that they would send me an actual pair of tour2 earphones. I received the EXACT same product and version as I did the first time. I emailed them immediately, and am still waiting for a reply.

We have reached out the vendor and they have confirmed that all of the headphones sold in the Winter Add-Ons sale were Beats by Dre Tour 2 headphones and they all have the same specifications. The reason for the difference in packaging (some are labeled beatstour and some are labeled beatstour2) is due to the variation in color. Specifically, the white headphones are labeled beatstour and the yellow and blue headphones are labeled beatstour2. Please be assured that regardless of which color you purchased, the headphones you received are the Beats by Dre Tour 2 headphones.

I had a $60 gift card and thought to spend it. Later I see an $88 that was charged on my credit card. My receipt says I had $10 left and that was charged but it wasn't. They charged me $88! Customer service reached out to me and then they just disappeared. Nothing is resolved. They said they're going to send me a return slip so I can send it back. Nothing! Not a word! Scammers!
I ordered this as a gift for Christmas. It won't even ship until a month from now in January. They won't give me my money back or ship it sooner for me, and I'm absolutely livid about it, especially since they won't refund me. Don't get a subscription from here. They are not reasonable or flexible about anything.
Customer Service is really lacking. First, I initially signed up for ONE box, like a trial, somehow that turned into a subscription. I got a fall box that really didn't have much that I could use and thought "Oh well lesson learned", because the fall box had practically no makeup that I could use (I'm a winter and they gave me a lot of Summer/fall colors) and some other products I wasn't interested in. Second, no follow-up from the company so they had no idea that I was unsatisfied. Third I get an email saying the winter box was on it's way. Chat was so much fun because it took three times to ask how to cancel (which was never provided) and then told the rep, "Bernice", that I was going to call my credit card company and have the charged reversed and report the company to the Better Business Bureau.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
