I ordered one box about 1.5 years ago. I cancelled my account. I checked my bank account transactions last night as I do everyday and to my shock, fabfitfun charged my card earlier that day. I immediately chattered them on their web page. They told me I used a coupon and ordered the box. I absolutely did not. I told them to cancel my order immediately. Their answer, they can't because a shipping label had been created. That simply is not true. I used to work for a mail order pharmacy and we could return and stop shipments anytime. If we couldn't stop it we sure could recall it. This charge is totally fraudulent. I never authorized this order and I certainly did not use a coupon. I feel completely vulnerable that a company can just take money from my account with out me authorizing it. And when I tell them what happened their answer was, there is nothing we can do.
After a long conversation of me repeatedly telling them I DO NOT authorize them to charge my card, they finally agreed to refund 50% of my money now and will refund the other 50% when I refuse the box and it is returned to them. Let me ask... if you can refund 50% why can't you fully refund me? It's not like I received the box and didn't like it. I contacted them the same day they charged my card. How can a company be so insensitive and unresponsive to straight up fraud?
I guess there is a reason why I don't see any more celebrities endorsing their box. After reading ALL these horrible reviews, I wouldn't endorse them either.
So I was interested in the box because the 111Skin rose gold masks I wanted were included and they retail for $160. For them alone it was worth it.
I was able to pick them, the spiritual gangsta kimono, the Jennifer Zeuner necklace and was impressed with them all.
I also got a mystery item which was an organic hand cream from Australia (I'm Aussie so super excited) plus the rest of the box contained a makeup setting spray, cool hair ties, clay mask, foot mask, rose face spray... This was $443 worth of products! And then there was more! I think I got a free gifts - face mask, essential oils and a belt.
The box was super amazing and I will use just about everything. Not sure if I will get again, have to see what's available but I'm very impressed!
You know all the last minute picked over stuff as you approach the check out stand at stores like TJMAXX, Ross, HomeGoods..., the candles, bags of caramel corn, socks, lotion, cheap jewelry..., that's what you'll be getting in your FabFitFun Box. The stuff Eva Longoria is salivating over in her box will not be in your box. When they say it's a surprise., well, that's your surprise.

On June 6th, 10:32AM, I visited the FFF website which requires entering your payment info before perusing the website. I saw the merchandise selection for the subscription box and did not complete or approve the membership. Between sign up and canceling my membership: 15 minutes. Repeat, I canceled no later than 10:47AM, 15 minutes after typing "fabfitfun" on my browser. I even received the Cancellation Confirmation before they even sent the Welcome to FFF email. I knew their garbage box was not for me.
Fast forward two weeks, FFF charged my credit card. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and immediately emailed FFF to reverse the charges for a membership I did not complete signup for. Within 24 hrs of my email, FFF shipped a damn box as if to beat the credit card inquiry into the dispute as "BOXES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE SHIPPED."
What crooks! I cancelled minutes after seeing their website.
Jessica Braun on YouTube brought me to the FFF website just to SEE what was offer, but I never completed sign up. Is she willingly endorsing an ethically devoid company for sponsorship money?! FFF's questionable business practices reflects on those who endorse this garbage.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO FFF! They will purposely charge your credit card infinitum no matter how many times you cancel membership! UGH
I just got my summer box, and I just have to say BRAVO! This is the best box I've gotten so far, I'm so excited. I adore fancy beauty products but it is not in my budget, you guys hit it out of the park this time. I love everything and so excited to try all the great products. Already have used the hair bands to wash my face with refining micro polish and finished the Rose hydrating facial spray. I feel so pampered! Thank you FFF!

I love getting the boxes. Unboxing is always an event at my house. I have 2 teens that can't wait to see what I am going to share. Subscribing to fff was a great decision. I am always about to get use out of everything in the box if not for myself I give to family and friends.

I definitely love the bum bum! The silicone mugs are cute. The robe is a major fail. The cloth was cheap and made inexpensively. For me it was too big. Can't please everyone. And I get that. The masks, were an outstanding find and treat! The bowls were very cute and well made. The other skin items I will use eventually but I am on skincare and makeup overload.

I'm so beyond disappointed with my FFF this season. I was so excited for all my add ons and have been waiting so patiently to receive - consistently received emails regarding items I paid for being out of stock. Not to mention my box is two weeks late now. So outrageous. While I typically rave about FFF - I wouldn't recommend this to anyone after the experience I've had. Such a waste.

I have gotten fff for 4 seasons now the first to seasons were great the second 2 seasons were frustrating because I continually received my box late.

I have been a FFF member for over 2 years now and I absolutely love getting the boxes in the mail along with the add on and edit sale goodies. Not all the products suit me personally but that is okay because I am all about sharing. I love to give FFF products as gifts to family and friends. I would say the only negative thing is when add on or edit sales start... the website always seems to break and there are problems. In the past I have "lost" things in my cart that I really wanted and because of this, I was not able to get them back. Regardless... I am a FFF member for life and I look forward to all of my future boxes!

I have been very happy with my FabFitFun subscription. I am an annual subscriber which means I get to do more customization than a seasonal subscription. I usually find myself using most of the products I receive and saving a few I don't love to give to friends and family. I love that the products are full sized and have a variety of beauty, skin-care, fashion, home, and health products. I highly recommend this box if you like to try new products that you might not otherwise pick out.

I was so excited about this idea but...it took a month to ship, they charged me multiple times, they told me they ran out of my order and they won't respond to my emails. I am not so excited anymore. STAY AWAY!
I purchased the box couple weeks ago and still hasn't been shipped. I realized AFTER I purchased they sent an email saying it will take up to a month for the box to be shipped then another two weeks on top of that to get to me. Something they fail to mention when the describe "how it works". This is supposed to be my daughter's birthday present and now I have to buy something else to make up for her box not been here. Which she is already excited about. I feel scammed. I think is dishonest of this company to take your money and wait that long to ship the product it should be a two way trade. Also they should be force to explain the lengthy wait so costumers know before making the purchase.

I signed up and it said I would be set an email to customize. THey never allowed me to because the window closed the week before they signed me up... Excuse me? You offer a box that is customization, take my money but will not allow me to customize or get my money. Huh. NIce scam to get rid of excess product. I have Ipsy, Birchbox, Ellen and a dog treat box. This is the only one that seems to lie abut what they offer...

We are always happy to manually customize a member's box when the window has closed as long as your box hadn't already shipped. This may be why we weren't able to customize for you! I loved my first box, but the summer box was a bit disappointing. The robe labeled as one size fits all will only fit someone size 8 or smaller and it's rayon which means it will shrink unless dry cleaned. Also did not receive Coola spray. Anyway I may give it one more try but they really need to be more realistic/discriptive on the sizing as lots of your subscribers are probably the average American size which is 14! I will definitely be wary of sizing. See photo of robe not closing

I signed up for the starter box. Before signing up it said I had 21 days to decide to do a seasonal membership. A day after I got my starter boxthey charged my bank account for a $49.99 seasonal membershipwhich I never agreed to. Now that they did that, my bank account was screwed up. I was told by CS that I clicked to skip the trial and activate the membership. Which I didn't b/c I would of definitely not have activated before getting any starter box. CS didn't get the point and tried to twist the membership deal trying to entice me to keep it. Even sent me an invoice and said it's not refundable. I demanded a REFUND and CANCELED subscription immediately before even trying out my starter box. I thought I would give this company a tryout but after going thru that mess. I don't want to find out one day they charged my bank account without me confirming anything. Especially just signing up not even 21 days of trying out their starter box.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
