Love getting to try various items I have not used. I can then recommend the items to family and friends. Every time I get a new box I feel like I'm opening a new gift.
I really enjoy my fab fit fun boxes. They keep the variety of things fresh each box. We also get exclusive things and I try new things I've never seen before all for only 49.99
The fall box was my first FFF box and my last. I received a flat iron, Aveda hair treatment, detox face pads, sugar body cubes, body lotion, toner, body exercise gel, and earrings. I have seen other people had more options to customize and had a larger variety of products that are not skincare. I would have never chosen a toner, body lotion, sugar cubes (I already own them and don't like them), or exercise gel (I'm not even sure what that is for). The earings are cheap and are suppose to be crawlers but they wont stay up. I was incredibly disappointed in this box and company. I have already canceled.

It's always fun to get a box of goodies! Most products I was happy about, every now and then I would get something that was underwhelming or low quality, but overall I've been pleased. It's hard to please everyone!

I was very pleased with my summer box so I had high hopes for the fall box. I could not be more disappointed. I received a bunch of products that seem better targeted for someone in their late 50s. I don't even know how most of the products got selected for me. I keep reading about all these neat things others got in their boxes, mine consisted of facial creams and cream add ins to reduce the appearance of the wrinkles I don't have. I called customer Service to see about getting a refund because I was so disappointed and since I don't want to pay for the return, I'm giving this entire box to my mother.

Wondering why boxes have different items. I did not get a scarf, lunch cooler or salt and pepper shakers. How are contents determined?
Hi Kathy! All of our advertisements show a variation of the box depending on Customization choices! This season, Annual members were able to customize 5 items in their box and Seasonal were able to customize 3 items! We always recommend customizing to ensure you are receiving items you know you will love and use! We can't wait for you to see what we have in future seasons! Xo

Products I have received are excellent. I have sensitive skin and not once have I ever had an irritation
I love this subcription box. There is always something new to try. I love that we can customize each season and usually is hard to choose what product you want but you can always add it on. Customer service is EXCELLENT!

The fall box was disappointing. 75% of the items seemed to be a repeat of things I have gotten in previous boxes, just with a different name brand. The person who "customized" my box did a poor job this time. It's a stretch to say that the items in this box are worth between $200 and $300.

I had sent an inquiry about my box not arriving. Kiana replied that it had been delivered (so she had looked into it without prompting) but she would replace it and the add ons. All without me having to say i've Been home, I always check my mail, etc etc. Other companies or reps would have put me through the wringer on whether it did or didn't arrive. And I would have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. But they didn't and i'm so impressed. Turned a negative into a positive.
I LOVE receiving my FabFitFun boxes. They really make my day when I get those exciting boxes in the mail. The only problem is that I am on disability, meaning I am on a fixed income, so I can't afford some luxuries, no matter how much i love them.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
