FFF is new to me and so far, I've been pretty happy, especially with my Spring box... I'm not happy about my spring box being shipped b4 I could choose a item or a chance for add on's but thankfully the box was worth it anyways, I will definitely remain a client for the Summer box

Fab fit and fun has been like receing a surprise box at Christmas! Never know what you will get unless of course you picked your items. There was NEVER anything I didnt like. If there was something I didnt realy need I passed along to someone else. Fab Fit and Fun is not scratch off my list completly, at a later future date I will resubscribe. In the mean time, please, please be safe out there.

Unfortunately I had a small problem with one of my items in my FFF box. However my e-mail regarding the concern was answered immediately, and after just a few courteous emails the issue was resolved. Best customer service!

I had excellent customer service today with Dani, my box was lost by USPS and I was on the phone for 5 mins and she had a new box sent to me. I appreciate fabfitfun having such excellent customer service!

I was not aware the Free Starter Boxes to send to my friends have an expiration date of 7 days after receiving the email. I created a live chat & the representative (Simon) had brought that to my attention. & also sent an email to the appropriate dept. requesting sending me 3 Starter boxes. He was expedient, compassionate & professional.

For the past 4 years I've been giving yearly fab fit fun subscriptions to my granddaughter. This is the first time that we had a defective product in the box. I called customer service and spoke with Silver, she was so nice and helpful and took care of the problem immediately. My granddaughter loves getting these boxes every few months, she graduates this year and moves on with her new exciting life and I will keep sending her fab fit fun!

I just realized over the last few days I had not received my Spring box. After checking my credit account I saw my payment transaction had gone through so I checked back in my emails for my tracking details, something I don't normally track as my box has always arrived with no issues over the years that I have been a member. Upon checking the tracking details I saw that it had been marked delivered 3 weeks ago. I admit I was reluctant to contact the team at FabFitFun as I truly did not think they would be very helpful since the tracking record did show delivery. My team contact person Tyler was terrific from the very start of our chat he was professional and helpful asked me some questions and was very apologetic that my box had not arrived safely, my chat was a good experience and I am very happy with the outcome. Quick and easy, loved the boxes but had to quit because I lost my job.
Heart was extremely helpful at resolving the issue and assured me that she would fix the problem and gave me the times when I would receive my package.

I found I had inadvertently established two FFF accounts - one at my previous address, across the country, and one here at my new address. I wrote in, and Robyn immediately responded with info about what they had on file. I answered her questions on preferences, and she immediately corrected the situation. This is not the first time I have had inquiries, and every time FFF is responsive, helpful and courteous. Then, there are the boxes, themselves. I share with my girls, and it is a time we look forward to. Kudos FFF! We love you.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
