I very rarely give 5 star reviews, why? Because I feel that it is reserved for truly above and beyond service. My son gave me a FabFitFun subscription for Christmas, I was really excited and loved the thoughtfulness of the gift. I received my first box and it was filled with amazing gifts like the bathrobe, which that alone paid for the first installment, as I wear it almost everyday! So, recently I've been seeing information on the spring box, but had no idea how to customize since it was a gift... I contacted them through FB Messenger and they answered within 24 hours and provided me instructions on how to transfer the account to me. Unfortunately, I realized that being very new to FabFitFun I had missed the customization deadline, so I contacted them and asked if there was any way to still choose items because I knew there were certain things I would never use... they answered quickly and helped me customize my box AFTER the deadline and were kind, courteous and super efficient. They even sent me a confirmation of the items I chose to be included in my next box... I had no real way to show my appreciation other than to give them a review they definitely deserve. I would HIGHLY recommend this subscription to anyone looking for excellent products, as well as, AMAZING customer service. And I didn't get anything free, discounted or payment for this review... this is exactly my experience with FabFitFun and I will not hesitate the next time I'm searching for a special gift for someone, I'll go directly to FabFitFun!

I sent an email to a friend, my sister, that if she ordered a box I would recieve $40.00 of add-on credit. My sister not only ordered a box, she paid for an entire year. Solely because I told her how much I loved fff boxes and that it would give me the $40 in add-on credit. They not only charged her for the year, but for an additional box as well! She had to call and get everything straightened out. When they tried, very hard, to get her to just keep the additional box. The credit did not show up on my account. So, knowing from other situations, the web doesn't mean things show up immediately. I waited until my sister received her box. I figured after that it would show up. Again, it didn't.
So I called customer care. Which by the way is extremely difficult to find a number for! You need to click all over the place for it!
Reid from customer care was great. He was patient, polite, kind and knowledgeable. However, after putting me on hold simply to find out if he could help me, excellent representative of fff, he came back VERY apologetic that he could only give me $20 of the $40 add-on credit. I was am still not happy about this.
I receive an email immediately, so much for the web not being immediate eh? It was about Reid, not the situation so I couldn't give him a 1 star rating he really was wonderful, but I really wanted to! This just means I'll have to call fff immediately after I send an email to let them know to watch out for the acceptance of it to make sure I get the proper credit amount. I suggest you take this advice also!

I love my box everything in it was amazing I mean why isn't everyone getting their box. The box is colorful an fun and everything in the box is beyond what you spend I love love it.

I can't get over how good the customer Service is with FabFitFun. I had a brain fart with my busy life and totally forgot to pick my choices before the deadline (something I look forward to every season) and when I messaged FFF they said no problem and gave me a one time courtesy to pick my options! They where so friendly about it and I loved the understanding.
I know having a company this large is no easy task. There have been plenty of times when I've received an Amazon order that was incorrect or whatever. With my last box, I had one item missing from my add ons. Instead of asking a million questions or going through the hassle I have with other companies, they are sending me the missing item no questions asked. I was super appreciative at how convienent it was to just message them and it just be taken care of without any hassle!
Being a full time step mom to a 12 year old, life is busy and there isn't much time for myself. I love looking forward to my box each season because it's the one selfish thing I get for myself and no one else. I love the choices and love the add on/edit sales. My skincare game has never been stronger and as an esthetician, there's some great products you carry! This is my second year as an annual member and I plan on continuing to be one.

I love this company generally, I was charged 400$ for "add-one's", after 15-20 minutes I finally got my point across that I did not order them and Wanted a refund immediately.
My box was lost, and she was able to made a replacement spring box and add ons. She was very efficient, and answered to all my questions. I hope I can recived my Spring box soon.

I received my FFF summer edition and it was items I already had as well as one product came open and leaked. JoJo in customer service addresses my issues efficiently and with respect.
My experience was great, I love what I received in my FFF fall box however there was a little issue with my copper container set but Kalil in customer service resolved the issue for me, which I appreciate very much.

I never recieved my add-on product. Called and emailed and spoke to very nice reps and was promised the item but months later and I still did not recieve it.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
