The Rep was not particularly friendly. I was feel like she was gave me false information and I have yet to receive the information she said I would, for which I now to follow up on.

Placed an order three weeks ago. Been getting the run-around ever since. Was told they were out of stock when I asked for a tracking number. Was told they would be in the next week. It has been three weeks and they are still "out of stock." I'm now attempting to cancel my order.

I've been waiting to purchase contacts due to a lapse in employment. EZContacts took care of everything for me. They offered me a discount and expedited my order. I really appreciate them helping me out like this. Also, the customer service rep was really thorough and got it done quickly.

The online chat was fast and he knew exactly which contacts I needed. I have a new prescription and new brand of contacts. I emailed him the slip and he sent me the link and a disc code to order new contact!
I usually order contacts through my doctors office or from Costco optical as they are less expensive there. My daughter was leaving the country for 3 months and I needed her contacts within 3 days. I used the chat option and had an amazing representative named Mark. He walked me through my daughters prescription within a matter of minutes. He then referred me to another representative by phone as he didn't want my credit card info by chat. Molly was the person I spoke with by phone. I needed the lenses within 3 days. I paid extra for 2 day shipping but I was concerned that they wouldn't get here in time. Molly offered to send me sample contacts just so my daughter wouldn't be without! I couldn't believe it when a few hours later Mark emailed me to say the order had been filled and then shipped. I received it not 2 days later but the very next day! Even with the extra cost in shipping, the order was still less money than I usually pay. I will never shop anywhere else for contacts. Great company with amazing employees.
HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
I ordered on February 28th, and today is May 9th and they FINALLY shipped my order. I reached out 3 times to complain, and instead of apologizing they were super snarky telling me that it was a popular brand so it took a bit longer to send.
I ordered from American's Best and it was out in 3 days. I finally put in the order for American's Best and EZcontact's finally ships my order.

These Glasses are my all time favorite, brought back memories and get a lot of compliments as well. I get stopped by the older generation and get asked where I got them. The shopping in itself was pretty easy, I chose the frames I wanted, added my prescription and got them pretty fast for standard shipping.
This was my first experience ordering glasses online. Other than the wait for processing the glasses, it was a good experience. I will order again.
Very high quality products. However, the delivery time was nearly 1 month even though the website listed in stock. Getting refunds also takes an excessive amount of time. Unsure if I will use the service again. The website is very user friendly.
My glasses were shipped to me quickly with no hassle. I even got a cute little spray bottle cleaner and keychain screwdriver to tighten the screws on my glasses. Very customer oriented feel.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
