I bought three pair of glasses from EZ contacts, and my experience was horrible. I bought one pair of prescription lenses and two pair of prescription sunglasses, which never were right. The lenses were not properly placed inside the frames, according to my optometrist, so I sent them back to be refitted with notes from my optometrist's office. They still didn't get them right after that, I will never order prescription lenses online again.
It took me three months to get my final order. The exchange process is especially slower. I had to get in touch several times to get information about my order.
Glasses are pretty but the reading field is so small that I have to readjust my vision constantly to be able to read. I thought it was just something to get use to, but now I think it's poor craftsmanship.
Very easy site to navigate, very happy with purchase. Price was awesome I had tried on the frames in retail store then order here. Sent my rx which is single vision and it was filled and perfect. Price was best I could find for this frame.
I love my RayBan sunglasses, EZ contacts had the best price plus free prescription lenses. Would use them again the service was fast and the site was easy to use.

Glasses took almost 5 weeks to ship. Not the time frame stated on website. No communication when I asked for shipping confirmations. Had to ask my credit card company to step in. Will never shop here again.
I have ordered from EZ Contacts before and didn't have major problems, but I placed an order over 2 weeks ago for a new prescription, which they charged my credit card for that very moment, but then nothing. I have called multiple times to ask when my order would ship and was repeatedly told they were waiting for the contacts to come in from the manufacturer and it should only be a couple of days. It has been over 2 weeks and they still have no answers. I wish they would have told me they were not in stock, I would have looked at other options.
This company does NOT price match, while stating clearly on their site that they do! They have you make the purchase FIRST and then say the other site is offering a "promotional discount" that they WILL NOT match a promotion. Other sites are $20 cheaper a box! That lower price was offered on 4 other sites (promotional or not - I can buy elsewhere).
Mark helped me switch my eyeglass order, because I needed my eyeglasses in a hurry and let me tell you, he was awesome to work with, super helpful, quick, efficient, and nice! Unfortunately in today's world we live in, that is not often the case when you chat with a representative or customer support, so Mark was really a breath of fresh air and I really appreciate all his help and efforts! Thanks again! I will always ask for Mark now!
The contacts irritated my eyes and got blurry frequently. I emailed the company about returning them and had a back and forth for a few months before finally giving up. Won't use them ever again.
Clara helped me to validate my prescription to ensure it was the most recent and answered all my questions patiently. Helped to process my payment when I was having trouble doing so. Extraordinary service. Even called my Dr. while we were chatting.
The order was easy to place and the prescription turned out exactly as it should have unlike other online glasses store I didn't have to send them back to be corrected.

The nice thing about my glasses is how cheap they were. However the glare is SO BAD that no one can ever see my eyes. Also I haven't even had them a year & they've loosened up really bad. It also took over a month for them to arrive.

The glasses are good; I had to manipulate the frame and lens to fix a piece of sharp monofilament which was sticking out when they arrived. The glasses took a long time to arrive.
Ordered (& paid for) my lenses 4/25; they arrived 6/25 after being misinformed about the method of shipment twice. I requested a refund after waiting for over a month, but was denied because the lenses were 'in transit'. Not exacted the "fast shipping" advertised on the website.
This was my second bad experience. First time, I waited a month for the package. When I complained, I got an apology so I tried again. BIG MISTAKE on my part.

I got my glasses and love them. They were beautiful and cheap. There was a mishap in the delivery because of USPS so I recommend getting the $6.99 UPS ground shipping option. Clara assisted my claim and she was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and eager to help. Thank you Clara for everything. I will definitely order from the site again.
I order my contacts June 2. They hadnt shipped and on June 11th, I called Customer Service - was on hold for 30-40 minutes. They said I could pay a discounted rate of shipping rate for expedited shipping since I needed these before I left the country on June 15th. I paid the discounted rate and the contacts were supposed to arrive June 13th at the latest. Today I received an email saying they would arrive June 18th! So I am now talking to Customer Service to try to get my contacts before I leave.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
