I give the company the correct prescription and got something different. When I had to return it I had to return it with my own money. Any up to this day I never received my refund
My frames are ok. I don't like the quality of the lenses. I can't seem to keep them clean.
I should have returned them
I've bought 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses from ez contacts. First pair was Ralph Lauren (ordered in April of 2018 and guess (bought spring 2019). In appearance the glasses look very nice. But I did NOT see on ez contacts website and didn't receive any type of notification or message that if your sun glasses require a script if would be a 5-6 week waiting period. So I waited both times 5-6 weeks. Found this out the first go around. I wear prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I'm used to adjusting or tightening the screws on the glasses. But within a few days the sunglasses would fall of my face again when I glance down. Eventually I can't tighten them anymore. The Ralph Lauren pair was the worst. Just some things to consider if you haven't bought from this company and maybe have a smaller framed face.
Took 3 months to receive my sun glasses. EZ said they were in stock, then two weeks later they said they weren't in stock and had to be custom made. I had trouble verifying the current status of my order and I would never use this company again. I chose EZ because they told me they could get them to me soon (before my vacation started) and instead they arrived two months after my vacation.
I have order 2 pairs of glasses and both orders were cancel for unknown reasons and there was no notice
Galvin Fein helped me today with my questions concerning shipping! & he was assure to me that my order would come on Friday! Which made me be at peace & relax because I really needed new contacts by Friday in order to take to my trip! He was kind enough to check for the availability! & to check how many were left! Thank you!
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them for over $700. I wanted to return them and sent them out and provided a tracking #. I got no refund back after it said delivered. Had no communication and impossible to get ahold of them. Had to go through my credit card company to get reimbursed!
Yes they might be extremely affordable but it took over a month for my contacts to arrive. It's not worth the $12 ever in my life again this is the last company I would ever order from. God forbid the contacts were medically necessary or I needed them within a week or two that's not going to happen it's very poor customer service.
I was skeptical about purchasing glasses from an internet site but decided to try it since the prices were so much better. After trying on several, (virtual), pairs, I finally decided on some Prada frames. When they arrived, I couldn't be happier with the fit and style, and so many compliments! I will purchase my next pair from EZContacts!
Quality is subpar. Definitely fake. Feels like a cheap pair of glasses. Not to mention it took weeks to find said pair of fake glasses. Would definitely not recommend.
I got my glasses that looked fine and worked good for a week or two, but then fell apart from shoddy workmanship. The lenses were fine, but the frames fell apart within a month of normal use. I couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge my complaint through customer service, and I went from store to store locally trying to find the 50 cent part I needed, but nobody supported that brand locally. So now they are being held together with a rubber band that I colored with a marker. On top of that I get a punnishing about of email and phone calls since ordering from you all. I spent nearly $400 for a pair of glasses I had to replace in one month. Pile of garbage, I will never order glasses on line again, I assure you.
Cheapest lenses I have ever gotten. I have to pay money to get them replaced. They not only scratch easily, the gouge.
If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely 100% scam! I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a pair of prescription glasses for my daughter and every time I call them, it's always next week cause it's on back order.
My experience with EZContacts started off normally, easy website to navigate and loads of selections for glasses. However there was a back order for my frames and seems like it kept getting pushed back and back. I used to support chat function on the site to speak with Mark who was very understanding and even gave me a discount. I was in contact with Mark multiple times as my frames kept getting delayed, he was always helpful and spoke honestly about what was causing the issues. His service made a negative experience a better once. I do admit Ezcontacts needs to work on their ordering and shipping strategies, in all I waited about two months for my glasses but the service did really help that experience.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This place seems like a scam. My interaction with EZ Contacts is shown below. Note that EZ Contacts has you review their site after placing and order BUT BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. This is results in EZ Contacts receiving thousands of positive reviews based only on the ordering process and not on customers actually receiving quality products, or receiving products at all.
July 21st: Order Placed. Site states that eye glasses will take 1-2 days for warehouse to receive frames, 3-5 days business to create lenses and 5-7 days to ship. Expected delivery date: Aug 1st-6th.
July 25th: I called EZContacts and was informed that my glasses had arrived at the warehouse that day and should be shipped out on Monday. (2 day delay already)
July 29th (Monday): I called EZ Contacts and was informed that my frames had been given to another customer and that my frames now needed to be ordered and would now take an additional 2 weeks just for the warehouse to receive the frames plus lens creation and shipping time. New Delivery estimate: Aug 23d (2.5 week delay).
July 29th: I cancelled my order. (Had to file claim with credit card to receive refund.)
How is it that I placed and order, my frames were "Given to another customer" and then it was going to take weeks to get new frames when the original frames supposedly took 5 days to receive and the site advertises 1-2 days. It seems like this site is either a scam or getting their frames from an illegitimate source. Buyer beware!

Shipping and processing is always a bit slow. They are good with exchanges and other requests. Products are good and prices are lower than other sites at times.

I've had these for about 7 mnths now. I really like them, comfortable! They dont slide off my face when I look down. The only thing is that the small gold decor peice on one of the arms became unglued and would slide back and forth on the arm till I super glued it back.
Incorrect script. No refund, poor communications. Hard to contact. No response. Revolving chair of customer support personnel. Do not do what they say they will do.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
