I ordered two pairs of Nike sunglasses (EV0937), and within a couple of months, one of the rubber nose bridge pieces fell off and was lost. I wrote EZ inquiring about sending me a replacement piece. They responded that the sunglasses were under warranty, and they would take them back, charging a $24.99 processing fee (on a $50 pair of glasses). They required the RMA, which is the order number. All I asked for was a replacement part!
They also had requirements as follows for returns:
"We will not accept returns without its original packaging. Before shipping it back, make sure it includes the original box (with upc code), cloth and authenticity papers. The Item must be shipped back in a properly sized box. We will be unable to refund items which have been damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging. Exchanges are free but Shipping Charges may apply." Who keeps all of these things?
On another note, it took a good two, if not three, months from the time I placed my order until the sunglasses arrived. To their credit, I had the option to cancel my order, and hindsight being 20/20, should have.
I am very dissatisfied with their alleged customer service, and will not do business with them again.
P.S. EZ has reached out to me since this review was initially submitted, and we have agreed upon a resolution to the problem. Once this resolution reaches the agreed upon conclusion, I will again update this post.
I emailed the server and asked if they were able to do something about my new pair of glasses because the lenses are blurry and miss Annie says that my order has been received. All I'm implying is if they can do something about an exchange seeing as this isn't the first pair I buy.

Quick, easy and cheap! Best price I could find with free shipping. I put in the wrong payment information and the chat option helped me correct that easily.
I love my Rag and Bone shades. My Burberry not so much because of the fit. One complaint is somehow better assistance to help with fittings since all this is virtual. Other than that; I'll be a repeat customer.
My glasses was out of shape even lencrafter shouldn't adjust and both lense were scratched. I returned them and the only thing they did was replace one lenses not to mention it took them 4 weeks to replace for them to still be wrong

Bellow average performance as expected. They have lots of fake advertisement, That; s pretty much sucks.
Twice now I've ordered from EZ Contacts. Their site should say it could take months for you to receive your order. A paid for a pair of glasses which sat unzipped for nearly a month, then had to hold for 45 minutes to get a refund processed. Then I stupidly ordered contact from them.

Today's date: 9/3/19
The order still is "being processed" and two inquiries have gone unanswered.
I'm starting to think their whole business model is to accept payments and invest the money until customers have enough time to force them to issue a refund.

Clara the customer service rep I talked to took me through the whole process and answered every single question I had she was on the chat with me for a good 45 minutes if not more. I highly recommend EZContacts. Now hopefully I get the right product and Ill love my new glasses. Thank you!

Horrible service, they promised glasses in a week, they came in a month. They outwardly lie, when I inquired I was told my frames were on order and that they always take two to four weeks.

Still cannot find my order from the spring. The glasses we ordered in the spring unfortunately still haven't shown up.
I was waiting for the 3rd pair of glasses that were out of stock which I finally got a credit on however the ones I got in rose color I wanted to return/exchange and never ended up doing that because it said after 30 days no returns accepted so now O have these glasses I've never worn that I dnt know what I. The prescriptive lenses were totally off. When I asked about the return policy to get it corrected. I was discourage from doing so because the time it would take to correct.
The price was good. My glasses came in earlier than expected. I'm not going to lie I was a little concerned. The glasses came as described and they included a cute little bottle of lens cleaner. I'll definitely be doing business with them again.
There were several issues with delivering my sunglasses. Several calls, email and mixups. They were finally able to get it together and shipped to me.
Overall when I receive my Michael Kors glasses I was speechless. Packaging was beautiful. Lens Crafters wanted 300+ for the pair that I purchase. On Ez Contacts I spent $87 dollars. Shipping took along time but I didn't mind. They were working on my prescription glasses, so I knew it was going to take time and for the price I simply didn't care that I didn't receive them super fast. Can't beat value and service. Definitely recommend to all! I did have to send back my first pair shipped, but customer service made the experience painless.
I tried on these frames multiple times in several different stores, and they all fit the same - perfect, tight to my face. I order them through ezcontacts because the price was so low, but these frames fit crooked and are loose. I took them to be adjusted and they were able to make them straighter and a little more tighter, but they still are nowhere near like the frames in the store. I'm very disappointed.
Not a fan because the glasses do not fit my face well. I waited to long, so I missed the return date.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
