I've been using EZ Contacts for a long time!
The first time I bought from them I had a problem with the shipping but as soon as contact them, they sent me next day shipping. So I kept using them because of the better price on the market.
Today I receive another order and surprisingly they sent me a One-Day Shipping even though I had paid for a 3 day shipping! So, this for me was great and make me really happy.
I would recommend EZ Contact for all of my friends and family!

Very easy to order my eyewear. Emailed my new prescription and chose the eyewear that I wanted. I have been wearing my new glasses without no complaints.
Scratched lens should have sent me another pair without me having to spend time and money sending damaged pair back. Operator was okay leaving me dissatisfied. Never again.
I am happy to have done business with EZContacts. I didn't know who to shop with until I tried these guys. I'll be back to shop again very soon. I am so pleased with the service, and product quality. I am a happy camper:-)
My contacts took numerous weeks to show up, with no communication at all from them about the delay. Then, the packaging was clearly different from the original (I have bought these exact contacts before), and some of the boxes were open. Spend a little more money and go somewhere more legit and less "EZ".
Ordered two pairs of glasses on January 5th. After I placed order and had not received products, I was informed that the company was waiting to send until both pairs of glasses were ready and it would "take a while" since one of the pairs were apparently backordered after I placed my order. Weeks passed, so I contacted again and they ended up shipping one pair. I finally got my second pair after numerous phone calls and emails on MAY 16. If EZ Contacts had reached out to me during any of this, I would be less perturbed. I'll let you guess if I'm going to be a returning customer.
My order took forever to ship, I emailed EZcontacts and then I was told my glasses were taking long to ship because the manufacture was having some problems with my glasses. I think they were out of the style I choose. I totally understand that but I would of appreciated if they had sent me an update of the status the whole time I thought they had shipped them to me when in fact they had not!
I ordered high end designer sunglasses and when they came in, I compared them to a friend's actual designer sunglasses, and the EZContacts glasses were very obviously fake. I am VERY UNSATISFIED. I even contacted EZContacts before ordering to confirm that they were the authentic designer glasses, and EZContacts blatantly lied to me and told me they were authentic designer glasses.
EZContacts allowed me to order designer frames that are not available in my city to try for an amazing price. Free returns were no hassle and after I found the right pair I had them put lenses in. I was skeptical at this at first at I spent $700 on the top of the line lenses, but they are PERFECT! No complaints would definitely buy them again.
It was a long process in trying to locate my glasses which in the end someone at EZContacts cared enough to make the effort to replace the frames at no charge. Unfortunately I don't have her nam as it was too long ago. I'll deal with another source in the future if I ever need a scratched lens replaced.
I wore the glasses for a month before they were so scratched up that I couldn't see through them. I had ordered another pair through coastal. I wasted 200$ through Ezcontacts, the lenses were not scratch resistant. Even though I paid for it. They were rude and un-cooperative.
It seems i have to tilt my head down & look through the top left to see things like television or reading street signs. It hurts my neck. My last pair i bought are still great. They are Versace sunglasses.
Name brand products at affordable prices. Easy order process with timely delivery. Would definitely recommend.
I've ordered from here before and I keep on purchasing glasses from here because its very easy to make my order and I always get them quick in the mail.
It was my first time ordering so I did not know what to expect my contacts were great! My glasses didn't come in and I had to wait for a while but not due to the company fault it was due to it got lost in the mail at my postal office but customer service were very good at tracking and replacing glasses. But my only thing is that since I ordered on line and it being my 1st time ordering and not being able to try glasses on before I purchased them to make sure they fit the glasses I ordered are to big for my face and head and won't stay on so I can't really see because if I bend down they fall off my face and the fit and visual is not where it needs to be for me to be able to see. But price was great and customer service is very professional. Wish my glasses was a better fit but I do recommend using this company if you know how to order and know what size glasses you need to fit and see.
Its hard to get answers from this business, I waited for weeks to get an email saying my package shipped. They didnt update me on anything until I emailed them. Wont order from here again.
I ordered a pair of glassess, which I wasn't told after I ordered them, that they were not in stock. I was supposed to recieve them in around a week in-a-half, but when two weeks went by I called and found out I had to wait for 2 weeks for them to be in. After two weeks they still were not in stock. I literally waited over a month and when I called I waited for over two hours to speak with soemone to order new glasses. I had to order new glasses on the spot from my phones internet browser and I ordered a pair of glasses that I am not crazy about. In that online call I did not receive an apology and was told If I didn't order new ones on the spot I would have to call again, wait, and then reorder. I think this website has an awesome selection of eye glasses, but horrible customer servie making it not worth making a purchase from here.

The problem was not EZcontacts, it was USPS problem that does not update the tracking on time.
Product is awesome just delayed 2 days from my expectations...

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
