I ordered contacts on Jan 11,2019 and got free 5-7 day shipping. That was no problem as I ordered with 3 weeks of contacts still left for me. No where on their website or my order confirmation did they state that these contacts were not in stock. A full week passes by (Jan 18) and my contacts have still not been shipped. I email them that 18th and again on the 22nd with no response. I call and was on hold for 30 minutes before the call was "suddenly" disconnected. I posted on their Facebook page and my comment was deleted! And I was not the first one who's comment was deleted! I finally had to go through the BBB on the 25th and MIRACULOUSLY my order was finally shipped out the 28th. This is the second time that I ordered from this company, and the second time they've had this type of delay. They wouldn't cancel my order both times even though the order wasn't even in stock or shipped. They even made me pay for return shipping. Please, save yourself the headache and do not order from here!
I ordered my contacts 16 days ago. For the last week, they've been telling me they're working on it, they're working on it. The status says fully shipped, but then the site says being processed. They happily took my money immediately but where are my contacts?

I placed an order over a week ago, paid for 3 day shipping, but still had to wait over a week to get my contacts. It's impossible getting an agent on the phone or on a live chat at any point during the day. When I chatted online with Gavin, he was rude and of no help!
For the past 2 days, I tried the live chat at least 15 times, the agents are always busy. I was also on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with someone to just get their voicemail.
Honestly, your company isn't that much cheaper than the others, and I will now indefinitely be taking my business elsewhere; it's not worth my time to contact your customer service department when clearly you don't care about that aspect.

WORST! They did't have my contacts and NEVER notified me 7 days later i called and they said they are waiting from the manufacturer! No email no call. They said they have NO idea when they would get them,,, SCAMMMM dont buy! Overseas call center was ZERO help
I ordered my sons contacts on January 10th of this year, EZCONTACTS charged my credit card THAT day and said that my order would ship in 24 to 48 hours and would arrive in 5-7 business days. After MULTIPLE phone calls waiting, on hold for hours, and MULTIPLE emails in both ways of communication being told they are so sorry for the inconveinance and my order will be shipping within the next 2-3 business days. Its now January 30th, they are STILL telling me my order hasn't shipped but will definitely ship in the next 2-3 days. I am SO aggravated with this company who's customer service department is in the Phillipines and their headquarters is in New York so you can't ever speak to management. I am finally having my credit card company dispute the charge and getting my money back and going somewhere else. Do yourself a favor, save your time and your money and order from another online optical company. DO NOT ORDER FROM EZCONTACTS.COM! If zero was an option in the ratings I would give them ALL zeros!
Never received my contacts. When you call customer service you will be 178+ in line. Their website said ship within 5-7 days. I ordered on 1/20 and still have not received notice of shipment and I have contacted via email and phone. No response.
I ordered sunglasses on January 17,2019. I received a confirmation email telling me they received my order but did not receive an email telling me when I should receive them. I've been calling and emailing them and no response. The 800# says they are closed at 3:30 pm CDT on a Monday. I still have not received an email from them confirming shipping details. It says "order is being processed " after 2 weeks. Wow! No more business with this company. Do not buy. It's a scam. I will be disputing charges with my bank. The photo is their shipping policy, which is totally bogus!
I placed an order for a non prescription pair of glasses on 1/20/2019. The website showed that the item was available in 4-5 days. I opted to get the 4-5 business day shipping for $6.99 rather than the free 5-7 business day shipping so that I could get the glasses faster once they were available. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email and a confirmation text saying that my card would not be charged until the item was shipped. Shortly afterwards, I received an email saying the item's availability had changed to 15 or more business days. It was 1/20/2019 but my order wouldn't be available until a date ranging from February 11 March 4. My card had also been charged. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order but received no response. I then sent 3 more emails and received no response. I also tried the live chat option on ezcontacts.com but it said no one was available and to leave my email and order number then I would receive a response. Eventually, I tried calling and was on hold more than an hour. The first time I called, I was #104 in line holding for customer service. When I finally became the next person in line to be helped, I was transferred by the automated system and placed as #98 in line holding for customer service. I waited again and the same thing happened again. Currently, I am disputing the charges with my bank. I still haven't been able to contact this website and it hasn't contacted me either. I have never been a person that leaves reviews of any kind online but this service was just unacceptable. I hate that I was attracted by this websites' lower prices and would never recommend it to anyone.
Tell you item is in stock but isn't. Then when you try to email to inquire then they do not respond if you put your order # in and they know it's you. Had to dispute item through my bank just to get a refund on an order that never shipped. Terrible service. Order from OptiContacts instead
Couple of my frames were back ordered that Galvin provided me an update and was able to provide an expedited service for a different color. EzContacts clearly do a great job in terms of both frames and contacts. Contacts are cheapest I find it any where else that is reliable and genuine.
So far my experience has been great with timing of order and receipt of items. I ordered frames twice this month (1 for my mom and the other for myself) and received everything very quickly. One of the frames I ordered did not fit (was too small). I consulted two customer service representatives, Rachel to request sizing help and ultimately a refund, and Galvin for return form help. Both of them were super nice, efficient, and helpful with my questions. They took the time to answer my questions and explain things very carefully. I was hoping that the frames would work out, but I will be returning the frames back to EZ this week. I am hoping that the return process/refund process will be just as great as my ordering and customer service experiences have been.
While it is my prescription (obviously), i just can't see out of them like i should. Something is out of kilter. Somewhat disappointing. I'll probably take the frames to an optical shop and have them remake the lenses. And i thought i was saving $$$.
Purchased a gift for my brothers on 8th and his birthday were on 21st. When I purchased it delivery option was free and clearly stated delivery 4-7days. Unfortunately I got it on 28th and it's only left a werhouse on 22nd. It was a Big failure and Disappointment. Same glasses on amazon will be delivered as they promising 2-3days. Will not recommend.
I was hesitant at first to order prescription glasses from a site that I had never heard of before. But I took a chance and I couldn't be happier. The cost of the frames was over $100 less than what I found an optician's stores and getting the necessary measurements for my prescription was as simple as reading it off the prescription sheet that the eye doctor gave me. The entire process was so smooth and I received my glasses in very little time. They were packaged well and safely shipped but, more importantly, the clarity of the lenses and the quality of the frames were everything I had hoped for. I have no hesitancy whatsoever in dealing with EZ contacts once again for my next pair.
I placed an order for contacts last week. I have tried text messaging, chat timing, and calling the company to inquire if my order will be shipped soon and if my prescription uploaded correctly. I have waited for as much as forty minutes on the phone and computer because I was told there were 171 customers before me waiting, only to be disconnected as soon as it was my turn. I am very disappointed because I have done business with this company in the past and had good results. I will be cancelling my order immediately.
I ordered contact lenses over 2 weeks ago. After a week and a half I called because they still had not been shipped and I was going to just cancel my order and order from some place else. The customer service rep told me it was being prepared for shipment. I agreed to go ahead with my order. 5 days later they still have not been shipped so I called to cancel my order and ask for a full refund. I had to wait 40 minutes on hold before getting to speak with a rep. While I was on the phone she told me the order was still being processed? I asked her to cancel my order and refund my money. We were then disconnected. This company is a nightmare to deal with.
This site is a SCAM! They sent me 8 boxes of contacts that aren't at all like the samples I got from my doctor. I can't use them at all. I've tried all of the different ways to contact your customer service and I'm currently bouncing between caller #116 and #140 on the phone. Your chat functionality doesn't work (got kicked out of this 4 times today). No one responds to customer service emails, either. Thanks for ripping me off for almost $400. Ridiculous.
Bought a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses in April 2015, and a pair of Hilfiger prescription glasses in 2016 for a total cost of roughly $775. The finish on the left lense of the Ray Bans has delaminated and bubbled severely to the point of cannot use while the right one remains in perfect shape. Tried chat... 45 minutes later I have gone back and forth with a supposed place in line between 20 and answering but with no success connecting. Tried phoning in direct, went from number 80 in line after 45 minutes to number 56. E-mailed describing the situation in details and several hours later now... you guessed it, no reply. It would seem that beyond selling product and collecting money this company does not exist. For me... never again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
