Bought these because it promised 3-5 day delivery but they just kept moving it until I was over a month waiting. Gave no discount for this just said "express" delivery but shipping still took 3 days. To top it off they sent the wrong color. If you need to save the money go for it but i rather just buy my glasses from a place that keeps their promise.
I ordered a pair of glasses but I didn't notice they weren't the ones I wanted until after I did the whole process of the payment. I contacted them to change them for the correct ones and if I could pay the difference and they did everything for me. I got them about a week later and I loved them.
The process was very simple and straight forward. I did have to call and inquire about the lens shades, as I wanted my lenses to be as close to the original shade as possible, and customer service was able to answer very quickly. I still can't believe I was able to find my sunglasses at such a more affordable price with prescription included! This will be my new go-to place when I want to order specific prescription lenses.

I'd heard some cautionary tales about buying discount glasses (especially discount brand name glasses) online, so I was a bit worried about ordering from here. However, everything went smoothly. Got my glasses in about a week and a half, and they're legit. Came with a case and a cleaning cloth. Price was great. Can't complain!

I forgot to add the prescription to the lenses and when I called to add it, it was so quick and were able to make the corrections. The only issue was that I thought I would have them within the 2/3 days I paid for but it took longer because of the prescription. Once sent though it was almost instant we received them. Overall an amazing experience

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
