I've never had an issue with ez contacts. But this time I'm extremely disappointed because it's been over a month and I have yet to receive my glasses. I was sent an email saying they weren't instock so it would be an additional 2 weeks. I talked to a lady after the two weeks was up and she said it would be an additional 2 weeks. Can I just pick a new style since I still haven't received them?

EZContacts i ordered glasses 12 days ago. Currently resolving with them however marketing is inconsistent with my experience. Will update upon resolution. Essential industry, dont want to get sick using contacts. Paid to expedite. Long time to respond still not delivered.
The pair I would order would either be backordered or unavailable. Had to choose 3 different pairs until I got it in the mail. Took over a month. Glasses are nice and what I needed
Online description accurate and prices are competitive
The glasses that I got were great - I loved that I had a complete menu of options (I hate that no-glare coating that every other company seems to not let you opt out of) for my lenses. They came with a hard case, 2 cleaning cloths and a tiny screwdriver on a key chain (very handy). Prescription is perfect (a copy of which is included in the package). The only things I would have improved about the experience are 1. An on-line try-on option and 2. The turn around time to receive the glasses... after I placed the order was when I found out that it would be a 2 week wait. It was actually 3 weeks (unavoidable with the virus) Other than that, I am quite pleased with the whole experience.
I am really pleased with my glasses. I will definitely be purchasing from here again. I shopped around and found my best price here!

I am not sure if the glasses was done correctly as per perscription, I am having an angled view when I look at some objects with it.
You really get quality product from them if you order something incorrectly no hassle with returns. This is the easiest most fastest efficient way to buy glasses and contacts price just right for anybody's budget
We ordered framed lenses and are pleased they were exactly what we ordered. They even arrived a day or two earlier than I thought they would.

EZContacts has been super great to work with. I've order many frames from them only to send them back because of my own preferences. There has never been a problem returning anything to them. The rep I was just working with, Clara G., was super supportive and helpful.
Very helpful sales people! Don't have any problem s if the glasses don't feet right they never argue they just take them back, and offer other options! I love the service
My order was stolen off my porch and now everytime i call company about my refund due to improper delivery, they put me on hold for 20 minutes just to get back on phone to tell me they will call me back later with update on refund!?

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
