I ordered expensive prescription sunglasses. The originals have rose-colored lenses. The EZ site says that the prescription lenses will closely color match the originals. What I received has smoky gray lenses, not even close to the original color.
I ordered 2 pairs of frames, 1 on Sept 28th, my Guess ones which I received. My 2nd pair are Tiffanys and I ordered those on Sept 29th. Seen nothing for weeks. So on Oct 15th sent them an email, was told the frames were arriving at their factory and will be shipping to me on Oct 15th. A week went by and I checked on my tracking and they still haven't left yet. No one is responding back on my emails. So my last email was to cancel and refund my money. Still no response. I needed these frames for an eye apt coming up in few days and have nothing. I will never do business with this company. I only went with them to save. Minus well went of went through Lens Crafters and pay double.
I ordered a pair of nice frames and lenses last week. I agreed to an extra $15 for 2nd day delivery. My account was immediately charged $500 (accurate sum that I had agreed to). EZ then sent the ability to track the order. When I checked the status on the day my order was scheduled to arrive I noticed the glasses were sill in the (order being processed) stage. I immediately reached out to customer service through their messaging app, then through email and messaging a third time over the next 2 days. Not one reply was ever sent to my inquiry. When I finally reached customer service by phone ( they only take calls Monday- Thursday - which I don't have any issue with if they would have responded to my other communication) the rep was unable to tell me when I would receive the glasses I had paid for as they were on back order. Why was that not communicated to me?
UNACCEPTABLE... VERY DISAPPOINTED
I ordered my sunglasses two weeks ago. I understand not having glasses on time is a first world problem, but when you select 5-7 business days and then the order is still processing after 2 weeks, it gets a little frustrating. I tried to contact them and received an automated message which said the company was on vacation that week. What consumer company just takes off for a week without informing customers that orders will be delayed?
I placed an order on 09-17-20 for a pair of glasses with a simple prescription. It's now almost one month later and while I was charged the full price immediately I have yet to hear a single word from this company. I've sent emails and got an "out of office" reply that they were closed for a "holiday" the week of October 5th (what holiday?). The email said they'd be open on 10-12-20 and I've tried calling during normal business hours and only get a "sorry, we're closed" message. If I had known the turn-around time was this slow I'd have NEVER placed my order with them. They listed my item as "in stock usually ships within 2-3 days", never once was this long wait time mentioned. And now I can't get them to respond to me in any way so I'm pretty unhappy. I wasted almost $400. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: 11/11/20 Still NO glasses. Have been getting the runaround via email for the past several weeks.
The glasses are FAKES. NOT AUTHENTIC. Steer clear. I was told by customer service that Celine and other designer glasses are now being manufactured in China--NOT--when I know they are manufactured in Italy. The Celine glasses I ordered were a joke. Returned. Difficult to deal with when I called them on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
It is a pleasure to deal with this company. I have never had any problems with this company. Every time I ordered I received the contacts quickly and the order was correct. I recommen d this company highly.
See above. Took weeks to ship out a pair of sunglasses. The delivery of them was later than told. Not interested in ordering again from this site.
I purchased 4 sets of sunglasses from them - I will say that I was pleased with the orders themselves, but then I returned the two pairs that my wife wasn't interested in. The first pair took nearly 3 weeks to get my money back and the second pair was returned over a month ago and I still have not received my money back. I have contacted EZContacts regarding this and they are working on it. Regardless, when you say it's going to take a week to get my return money - that means 7 days, not over 30.
Glasses were correctly sized and look good for the money
EZ contacts are a good value for contacts and it is easy to order them.

I have been ordering my contacts for the last 3 or 4 years from EZ Contacts and have had nothing but good experiences. I had one pack of contacts that I did not feel were proper and they were replaced without any hassle.
After 6 weeks, I contacted customer service about the status of my order. Amazingly, contacts had been on back order and just in stock that very day! Also, check details carefully- while other companies sell 6 contacts in a box, these only contained 3. Never even thought I'd have to check that. Will not use again.
Overall all customer service is horrible! Act as though you're interrupting them they also act like they don't want to asst you like THEY DARE YOU CALL THEM! Merchandise is sensational
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
