Very helpful and easy to work with, they recommended these best lens and should have listened totally my fault trying to save a couple of bucks, my bad! Otherwise they were great happy with my purchase.
The contacts have been shabby the last few times. Numerous lenses are misshapen and cannot be used. This most recent order is very late. The only notification is a message apologizing for the inconvenience. I don't want an apology, I want the items I paid a lot of money for.
Ordered glasses and the lenses were wrong. Sent them in for an exchange yet there is no tracking or any way for me to see if they got them. Also semi disappointed as i believed they would arrive much quicker for the price of the shipping.

I was going to order the same glasses at my doctors office with the same prescription and lens but it was as over $100 more expensive. Finding the frames on this site made me order and the finish product and fast delivery was a pleasant surprise.
I placed an order at the beginning of November, 15 days later I contacted the company to ask why it hasn't shipped and I was told just "Covid". I contacted EZcontacts again today to follow up (an entire month later) and I was told oh your contacts are out of stock. According to their website, the company will contact you within 24hrs if your lenses are out of stock - it took multiple attempts at contact and clearly multiple excuses, and the company has no idea what they are going. I ended up asking for a refund with cyber Monday deals going on with their competitors I have no reason to continue using such a poor company.
Its been over 5 weeks and I still did not receive my order. After multiple calls, multiple e-mails where I have been told they will send it in 5-7 days than 7-10 days still nothing. They did not hesitate to charge my card. There was no mistake there, but they blamed the merchant for shipping the wrong product to their store. Online availability says 2-3 days. I ordered them on october 15th and i am writing my review on November 27th still without frames in my hand. If I could I would give bellow 0 stars.
These contacts are super thin. They fold and stick to my finger they dry out fast and don't stay open or round like contacts. I put them on and they don't stick to my eyes and takes me forever! I have worn contacts for years and these are blurry and cheap made. The shipping only took 4 days. I want my refund. 100%
I bought a pair of half price Gucci sunglasses from them, and compared it to one I bought from a real Gucci store. They were close but noticeably different. They sell counterfeit goods.
Poor communication and long wait time is an understatement. Ordered on September 5, and as of November 5 have not received sunglasses order. LONG wait times on the phone followed by empty promises. Emails responded with a generic reply.
Almost 5 months and I haven't received my order
Purchased my glasses July 21,2020 until this day today November 4,2020 haven't received anything I'm so over it I'm so done I can't believe it's been taking them so long their excuse is that the frame is still on a backorder I also paid extra for delivery and I haven't got the refund yet
We were doubtful about the authenticity of our sunglasses due to price but we were very pleased
My glasses were great! Loved that I didn't have to go in someplace during the pandemic to get my prescription filled. However, it took a over a month a half to get glasses that were supposed to be done in 7-10 days. When I emailed customer support they just quoted me the 7-10 days off their website and then didn't respond again to my numerous request until they actually shipped. That was a huge problem for me since I had broken my other glasses and was having problems with my vision and was having to work 80 hours a week in an essential job with an old prescription.
I had a great experience with the customer service group at EZcontacts. They helped me get insurance authorization and made sure that I got the whole reimbursement sent to me properly. They also responded in a timely manner. The one star off in this case was because the timeline that they quoted for the preparation of my lenses and frames was pretty far off from what they delivered. The glasses were almost two weeks later than the longest end of the timeline. They are great, however, and I would probably shop here again.
Waited over two months to get my order, plus they charged my credit card right from the beginning. After numerous phone calls, I finally found someone to help solve the mess.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
