They charged me for glasses they didn't have in stock. They canceled my order but still have not refunded my money. I have attempted contacting them multiple times and have received no response.
Hell. Over $1000 worth of glasses ordered two weeks before xmas. Ordered 2-DAY shipping. They charge me immediately. No order came. Didn't hear from them till after January. Sent multiple emails asking about my order and to get a cancellation and refund. They act like nothing is going on and ship me half the order. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE OTHER HALF. Refunded my money for those. The other half shows up almost two weeks later, it's late January now. They still charge me 2-DAY shipping... I keep telling them I want to send the glasses back and get a refund. They continue to take long delays between emails. Emails don't acknowledge anything. Finally they give me return address. Waited a long time. Multiple emails to get them to process refund weeks after the glasses arrived back to them. Finally I get the refund for the glasses. Then a week later after demanding refund for 2-DAY charge they give it to me with FINALLY a little apology... The only thing redeemable about them, they gave me all of my money back after almost 2 months... minus the INTEREST TO MY CREDIT CHARGE BILL... Never again.
I like the contacts I've received. I do not like that the $25 dollar reward from 250 points can only be used on an order of $150 plus. The website even conveniently leaves that detail out. I found out about it from a customer service rep. Plus they obviously do not want you to use your points because they don't advertise it well on the website, the page where you see your points does not tell you how many you need for a reward or HOW to use them (had to ask a rep), there is no info on them in the FAQs and there is no information on if/when they expire. It is a JOKE. I find it very insulting as a customer. I truly think they just threw together a rewards program( A VERY WEAK ONE) just to fit in with other retail sites.
Contacts are very very thin hard to handle at times keep folding.
My frames came to me uneven when I called customer service I was told I could return them or take them
To an eye glass shop and have them readjust them frames. Covid made the mail take much longer so that wasn't an option for me and most eye stores do. It wanted to readjust frames you didn't buy from them
I ordered glasses Feb. 17 on rush, they still have not arrived. Emailed the company on Feb. 26 and they still have not responded! Not even a confirmation that they care about my order. Called on March 1 and somehow this company is closed on Mondays at noon Pacific Time although the recording says they are open. Called again on March 3 to wait for 41 minutes to be put on hold for another 12 minutes and then disconnected. Called again and was on hold 48 minutes to find out that they can put in a work order that I can check on in a week or I can REPURCHASE ON MY OWN! While waiting on the ticket. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take your money someplace that is actually going to give you your product and not waste your time!
I immediately saw the frames that I wanted and noticed the considerable price difference. I didn't think twice. My order was submitted and in transit within 2 days of order. My new glasses were at my possession in less than 2 weeks!
10 days shipping turned in 30 days. Customer service repeatedly lied. Prescription sunglasses were unwearable, double vision. Wasted 40 days, work hours and $6.99 shipping. Should just pay the extra $40 a buy through the sunglasses manufacturer. The 5 star reviews are obviously fake. TERRIBLE company, you have been warned!
Frames came in as expected and for good price. Very happy with service and quality.

I recently ordered a pair of Gucci GG0627S sunglasses from their website and was disappointed when I discovered they could not be proven as authentic. I opened the case and found a blank Gucci certification card (which can be purchased online by anyone who desires it). When I try and place a return, the website reads "Unable to generate a return label. Please try again later or contact our customer service." All I am asking for is a return and I feel helpless in this situation because there is no support from their end.
I don't want to create a bigger issue than necessary. I simply want to return the glasses and receive a refund. This is all I ask.

Placed order then get an email after placing order its on back order its gonna be 15 days.
I called customer service 2 different times which I had to wait both times 1.5 hrs for a call back and both reps said yes info was updated but nope it wasn't.

I purchased a pair of MK eyeglass for my mom on their site. There was no warning that the glass is not available in their warehouse. I chatted with Eva D and was told they have to order it from the manufacturer. Once they receive from the manufacturer then they will ship it to us. She told me that it would take several business days but I hardly believe this based on other reviews. Very unhappy customer! Will not do business with this company again.
I bought a pair of glasses which eventually after three weeks of waiting they hadn't even been shipped, I talked to a guy who helped me and told me I would have to wait a month to get them! It was enough so I asked for a refund, which on their email says from 3-5 days, it's been almost two weeks and this unprofessional and $#*!y company hasn't refunded my money they're a bunch of thieves and the status of my order is still on ordered, wooow
I received great quality sunglasses at a great price and great customer service.
I placed two orders with this company and haven't received either one and this been about 3 1/2 weeks they never answer the phone they let it ring and then I go and do a live chat the worker had very little to say when I asked about my two missing orders he didn't write me back he just stopped the conversation i don't recommend nobody to buy with this company they are a rip off and a scamming company I called them and the phone ring over 45 minutes with no answer this company is a very sad company that needs to be shut down...
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
