I keep getting emails saying my glasses are being prepared but it still has never shipped.
EZ Contacts has an amazing selection. Their website is easy to negotiate. Thanks to the wonder of electronics, you can try on your glasses before you buy them. And if you don't absolutely love what you bought, the returns process is very straight forward. I plan to buy from EZ Contacts again.
This place is a flat joke that sells fake merchandise. I ordered a pair of name brand frames, they showed up in a box that wasn't even correct, missing authentication certificate. Oh yeah, and that was after waiting a month because of "warehouse issues" for something they supposedly had in stock. I suggest you look up their BBB (better business bureau) ratings, not this joke of a website. There's far more honest opinions there.
*edited 09. 28. 21* I finally got word back from Luxottica, and they claim these guys are an authentic reseller. However, that doesn't negate the many discrepancies I found between these frames and ones purchased direct from Luxottica. Maybe they're an authorized reseller with some creative warehousing/supply chain elements. Maybe I got a bad pair. IDK. All I can say with a certainty is the customer service was non-existent until I threatened disputing the charge with the issuing bank, and their review clearly are padded (and most of the positives fake, from the writing).
So kind of a mixed bag. I'd shop here with real caution if I were you.
I ordered Nike frames for my son who can't see without them & paid extra to have them delivered in 5-7 days & never received them! I called & spoke with a customer service rep who advised me that this product has actually been discontinued even though they have them on there website to order. We came up with a solution to just order him a different color from & since it's been going on 3 weeks, we would be getting the replacements sent to us within 24 hours & it's now been 3 days & still haven't received the replacements!
I have ordered 2 pair of Costas from EZ Contacts and have been unable to get any response from customer service. I have emailed 3 times to report the wrong colored lens in one pair I have received and to ask for status of the 2nd pair. I am currently on hold with customer service, now at 30 mins hold time. This is the 5th time I have called and have not had one phone call answered yet. I have also reached out to Costa Del Mar to see if EZ contacts is an authorized dealer because the glasses do not appear to be authentic Costas.
I placed an order with EZ Contacts for a pair of sunglasses on 6/8. Since then, I haven't received any updates about my order (still says "processing"). I've called multiple times - each time I wait for hours or am asked to put my number in to receive a call-back - when they call back the line is dead. I've also emailed them multiple times with no response. I want to cancel my order but they don't allow me to do so. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Sent half of a prescription, while the other half had be discontinued. What good is half a prescription?
And know will not refund me! Save your money shop elsewhere

I highly recommend this company. I was a little skeptical at first since their prices were so much better than most places, but I'm glad I tried it. The timing was as stated and the product was just as expected.

I have to say that my experience ordering frames was nothing short of outstanding. Customer service was courteous, efficient and accommodating. They honored a coupon after I had already paid for the frames and they had been shipped. They also sent me complementary caring products for my glasses making my purchase experience a great one. I will DEFINITELY use EZContacts in the future and I highly recommend them.
Forget about FAKE vs REAL. The orders wont even ship for more than a month.
I ordered sunglasses from EZContacts and was told that it will be shipped in 7-8 days. It has been more than a month and I have written 5 times to the company only to receive a reply that the order will be shipped in the next 2-4 days. Call number would make you wait for 3-4 hours only to repeat what was written in the email. I wanted the glasses for a trip that has already happened but the glasses are yet to be "shipped". All the 5 star reviews are probably paid. I thought of ignoring the 1 star reviews which tell you how people are still waiting since 2 months only to receive a fake pair of sunglasses. I went ahead and bought the glasses because of a heavy discount. The glasses literally wont be delivered. Don't fall for this trap. It is a real trap. I am still waiting on the customer care number while writing this review since the past 50 mins. Smh.
Placed an order on April 18th. Called several times, only got a person on the phone once (one week after ordering), who said that my contacts would ship out on Monday. They did not ship out until over a week after that on the 4th, and I did not receive them until the 10th. They were the wrong contacts, and were not the type specified in my prescription, which I provided at the time of my order. Customer service reset my call after being on hold for an hour (sent back to the initial call funnel). The chat customer service suggested I place a new order, and return the contacts. The first question I was asked was whether the product was unopened. There was no empathy, and no attempt to resolve my issue. I had to explicitly ask for a return label, as it was not offered to me. Stay away from this company.

It took over a month to get my contacts... with no communication from EZContacts. Terrible. Will never do business with again.
They did not send me my order foe a month, while it was supposed to get in a few days. They even did not inform me about my package
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
