I paid for 3 day shipping and it's been 4 days. Still haven't received my contacts and the tracker says it hasn't even been processed yet..
I placed an order and than realized it was for the wrong ones and right away try to go back to cancel it but there is no option for canceling an order. I sent them an email a chat message and even tried calling them and was not able to get through to anyone after being put on hold for over half an hour. No one responded back to my messages and then all of a sudden it says my order has been shipped. They are $#*!ing bogus because they won't stop your order and we'll let it ship so that you can pay the shipping fee so that they can get some kind of money from you. Do not, do not, go through them, they're bogus!
This is the worst experience ever they didn't ship my order for 8 days trying to contact for cancelling they aren't answering phone not replying to my emails. I think those guys must get a report.

I have always ordered all my designer sunglasses with EZContacts. They are authentic and always have the best prices. Customer service is excellent. Any issues they are always willing to resolve immediately. Highly recommend them.
Arrived timely and they are perfect. I ordered frames Ted Baker Children's frames. I have an extremely small face and have difficulty finding petite frames that fit. These are perfect!
On the site you may see a frame available in 4-5 days but when you actually order its no where to be found. Ordered a frame on 7/6 and it took multiple times of me reaching out to them and after 3 weeks they say the frames are back ordered and it will take 2-3 weeks more for the frames to arrive to their warehouse. Please do not mislead potential customers on your website (Added images(7/22) of what their website shows for the frame I ordered and the email sent to me on the same date). Finally talked to them and cancelled my order.
One star is too much! It was very disappointing for me, ordered the frame and lenses last two weeks ago. The website says it will be ready in 5 days for the lens lab process and 5-7 days for shipping. However, the ordered status didn't change for a while, I tried to chat with them and they said they still waiting for the frame from another country. It will come in 2 months.
Service was great and i was excited to receive my new Persol. The product received doesn't look new and seems to be an item refurbished, with an hinge repaired, dings and scratches.

This company is a joke. I ordered glasses in March, about 10 times I was told "the item Is back ordered 3-4 weeks. It is now the middle of July and I was just given the same BS excuse. Never have I ever had to deal with this from any company. I work e-commerce, so I know the ins and outs. Not once did they mention ANYWHERE that this product was on back-order it was completely available for purchase and still is currently. At least 4 times since ordering the product I noticed a promotion or a price markdown on the product and they REFUSED to match the price or provide any helpful incentives to ease the pain of months of having no glasses and waiting on them. All in all this company is grade A hot flaming garbage and I suggest you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere than this flaming hot dog sh*t sad excuse for a company. The biggest joke of a website. Horrible customer service. Horrible fulfillment. Never will I EVER order from them again, I suggest you do the same.
I bought persols to replace a pair that I had for years and lost. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks of wear, a screw has come loose that led to the sunglasses completely coming apart. The left and right lens are completely detached from each other. Nothing happened to spur this, just normal wearing. Since I had this exact repair for 3 years prior, I know that they are high quality sunglasses, so I am very disappointed that these did not hold up for the same level.
After the process took around three months, the frames broke within a couple days of wearing them for about 10 minutes. I don't blame EZ contacts for the frame break, that's a Jones of New York thing. For me to try to return them was going to require about 30 minutes of preparation with all of their needs and then I would only get a portion back. Just decided to eat the cost and not use the company again. Yay
Took a month to get, but quality product and a good deal when comparing to other buying options.

You go online, put in your information, pay and your contacts show up at your day a couple of days later. It is soo easy that it's a no-brainer. Only way to buy contacts!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
