A bit leary, with this site abroad. So many pretenders, knock offs these days. Took the plunge, ordered Costa Saltbreak glasses. I'll be, the real deal, and at a significantly good value. Couldn't be happier. Ordering another pair, Fantail 580G.
Ordered my husband a pair of single vision prescription frames that were in stock on December 23,2022. I understand about the holidays, but even with time off & 1-3 business day work then shipping, should have had then the 1st week of January. It is now Jan 26th and no glasses. They don't answer the phone, and won't always answer email. Don't order from them!
I ordered an Oakley Hex Jector frame. The frame sells for $164.00 from Oakley, $179.50 at Americas Best $164.00 at Lens Crafters. EZ Contacts had it sale priced $85.00. They arrived in four days, exactly as ordered. Awesome buy.
Inadequate client service My order for shades was placed on 12/21/2022, but I haven't received it. When I try to contact them, they simply reply that my order will arrive in 1-2 weeks. Initially, they told me that it would arrive between 18-23 January 2023, but when I mailed them on 19th Jan, they said I would receive it after 1-2 weeks. They don't have appropriate customer service, which was the worst experience I also had with them. They lack the essential customer service skills.
It took longer than expected to receive my prescription lens and frames. Upon receipt I noticed a scratch inside the left handle. I couldn't afford to be without prescription glasses so I didn't return. The prescription was excellent.
Dont deal w/ these Liars! Totally unprofessional and crooks! First I ordered my glasses on November 28th. They didnt take the money out of my account until December 21st. They took the money out of my account but NEVER processed my order. I sent an email to customer service AND called to inquire. They LIED and told me I will receive my order by January 2nd. NEVER received my order! I called to cancel my order Jan. 5th. I received a confirmation email that my order was canceled and I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days. 3-5 business days passed and still no refund! I called again today (Jan. 12th) and they told me again they are refunding my money and sent me a confirmation email like they did Jan. 5th. I called my bank to see if EZcontacts processed my refund and the bank told me they didnt! Customer Service Rep. * is a Liar! Now I have to file a dispute w/ my bank! Save yourself the headache this company is TRASH!

I ordered glasses in November and still haven't received them 1.5 months later. They keep telling me they're "in the lab" (for weeks and weeks now)... I've asked to cancel the order, but they "can't" because they're "in the lab"! I've emailed them every day (they tell me they're "in the lab"). I am calling them everyday (they don't pick up the phone). I want my money back!
I've verified the frame I ordered is not discontinued and available from the manufacturer. However, on their site it shows as not in stock. Why? Probably because they're selling knock-offs.
Even so... let me cancel my order!
I received wrong frame 20 days after the purchase (paid on 11/25/2022 and received on 12/14/2022) So you sent the wrong product on December 6,2022, 10:25 after 11 days, that I paid and you promised to ship it the same day if the purchase is made before 2PM. I don't know how you do business like that and how you treat your customers. And now I've been waiting an extra 19 days to get your answer like it's my fault? This is the worst company I have ever seen.
I purchased a pair of glasses and the RX was wrong. I can't read or even see far everything is blurry. No one will answer the phone, chat or email. BUYER beware. Still waiting to hear from the company. VERY UPSET and disappointed.
I used two to like EZContacts, and ordered frames from them in the past. But recently I placed two orders for frames that were shown as in stock and ready to ship, yet both orders were never filled. When I contacted customer service about this - which is a nightmare in itself, as they no longer answer the phone, requiring you to send email and then wait days for a response - I was informed that the frames were no longer being sold by EZContacts.
So, they are listing on their website - and taking payment for - products they no longer even sell. And now I have to attempt to contact them again to get my purchases refunded, as surprisingly, despite informing me that the frames I ordered and paid for are no longer sold, they did not automatically refund my purchases.
I would advise shopping elsewhere. There are lots of places to buy eyeglasses, frames and contacts, and EZContacts just isn't putting the effort in any longer, unfortunately.
The glasses came out absolutely perfect! I get compliments all the time on how great they look on me. Shipping speed was acceptable, packaging also acceptable. Will return for sunglasses when I can pick out a pair I'd like.

I guess because of the holidays but you sent me the Wrong Glasses...
I ordered my glasses and put in my prescription, and it was an estimated 4-6 weeks for delivery. And 6 weeks passed before i finally emailed them wondering what was going on because my glasses hadnt even shipped. And i got an email from support saying they were closed for 2 weeks due to some jewish holiday?
I will start off by saying my son's glasses turned out great and they have a nice selection! I couldn't give five stars because I paid $47 for next day shipping and nobody said that my son's prescription was too strong to get next day shipping. It led me to believe that I would be getting them the next day and I paid an extra $47 for nothing. I did however call customer service and got refunded most of my shipping cost but the customer service lady I talked to was very rude. Like I said though, the glasses turned out great. My son loves them and they do have a nice selection.

Yes, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab, only the actual time in transit. I misunderstood what I was ordering and wish it had been more clear. I wanted a 12 pack but only got a 6 pack
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
