I returned my glasses to you last month. I haven't heard back from the company yet about a refund.
The company invests a lot of money in PR and advertising to make it look like they are well run and answer issues, but will only help if you submit a BBB complaint. If you look at the sitejabber reviews on the past 12 months, 60% are negative! You have a 6 in 10 chance in having a bad experience, that is horrendous and do not understand how they are rated 4.7 stars. When you order the product takes weeks to a month plus to arrive, and even then it took 2+ hours of communication with customer service for them to do anything. They do not respond to any emails, and chat function magically disappears from their website even during business hours. The phone is never answered. Avoid! Even after 6+ weeks waiting they never responded until i submitted a BBB complaint, and they only responded on the public site, not directly to me, in order to look good.
Also, the company may not have inventory for what it sells, and may be getting it from sketchy sources.
The items did not say they were out of stock when I bought them but when I inquired as to why it was taking so long to ship that's what they told me. When it did arrive back in stock and shipped, I received them rather quickly.
Other than that, great prices and quick arrival once an item ships. Just have to be patient.
The last 2 orders I placed and paid 3-5 days shipping have taken over 3 weeks for delivery. Bad service
I ordered my glasses over a month ago. I had to reach out to the company after two weeks when the glasses didn't ship and they told me my frames weren't in stock. It has now been a month and the company has done nothing. You can't get a hold of anyone. I was told as soon as they were in stock they would ship, and they still haven't.
Ray-Bans RB2132 New Wayfarer with PLASTIC LENS not GLASS LENS? Didn't even have any brand etching on lens. FAKE sold as genuine on this trash site. Never use this again. AVOID!
This company is completely incompetent, support takes weeks to answer. Do you sold a favor and buy somewhere else. Also hotline does not work, complete joke!
Call to customer service and people there say they will call me back never received any call from them service is so pour. Don't buy anything from them again
They advertise what they don't have. You place the order, you get a confirmation and 5 days later they simple cancel the order saying they don't have the item. This was a gift to my wife that now I don't have time enough to get. Very disappointed. Stay away. Not trustworthy of your business.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them. 1st time was great, this time I was double-billed. I reached out to them via their email contact link. They "assured me" that it was pending & not a double charge. My bank, Regions, confirmed they did double bill me. Huni went back & forth with me several times & I requested a manager to contact me when she kept giving me wrong information. I have not received a phone call or return email from them since then (4 days ago). Their prices are decent if they don't bill you twice for the same order! Their customer service is apparently not very well trained. Their management appears to be non-responsive. I've looked at other web-sites that have only marginally higher pricing and better reviews. I am an unhappy former customer and I will not order from them again.

I made a purchase on September 8, got a confirmation email and then nothing. From that first email it looks like the order was never shipped. And they charged me for the order on October 25th...? Weird. I emailed customer support so we'll see if they fix it or not.
I ordered 3 pair boxes only to find out they were going to send me boxes with 3 contacts. Like, what the hell good are an odd amount? I told them the website said 3 pair packs, so they changed my order and charged my card another $111 without my permission. And my original order was only 80 some dollars. I called to cancel, tried emailing and they were closed for a week for Yom Kipper then 2 weeks after that for another calender holiday I'd never heard of anyone celebrating. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card, return to sender the box and still wait for someone to show up to their office to respond...2 months later. They refunded my $80 something change and were refusing to refund the extra $111 charge. It was all in one box that I sent back and never authorized or was even notified of the extra charge until I saw it myself on my credit card bill. Screw these people and the whole place, they celebrate bogus holidays to close down customer service and make unauthorized charges without notification. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!
Waited forever, reached out several times for shipping updates and no one could give me a good answer. When glasses finally arrived (two months+ later) they are fine. Just would have gone elsewhere upon initial purchase, estimated ship date was 7-10 days which is why I picked your company in the first place.
I ordered my contacts and they were Gere in 3 days very professional.

Fairly certain this is a scam or a company that is not to be trusted because of the performance and customer service is so bad. If you look on a few review sites, you will see that they are about 40 to 50% positive in the past 12 months. The overall score is high, but recently very poor.
Have spent a combined three hours following up on my order for the past month with this company. Still don't have a response on where the contacts are. It feels like a scam or a company that is drop shipping without inventory.
When you try to call, every option says we are too busy and we can't pick the phone. When you email they don't respond. The only option is to use a chat function where the customer service people give very vague answers to try to get you off the chat as soon as possible. In my case I was told to keep on checking the tracking information for another five days, it's been 30 days since ordering. After five days, they said to contact them again for potential options. Likely going to have to call the credit card company to dispute the transaction.
I've purchased two pairs of eyeglasses from EZContacts now (D&G and Prada) and I cannot be happier. Customer Service team has been amazing answering any queries I had (even pointed out my typo on my prescription lenses), delivery is on time and quality assured, not to mention, check out is breezy and you can even import your prescription from previous order. EZContact's prices are incredibly competitive and willing to take insurance for prescription eyeglasses. I cannot be happier and I'm definitely and life long customer :)
You don't have the product I bought in your warehouse even though you have it in stock on your website AND for sale. Tomorrow 11/24/2022 I made the purchase and until today there hasn't been an update on the order, I got in touch by email a few weeks ago, and they told me that they didn't have the product in stock, but on the website the product is still being sold sunglasses model Oakley HOLBROOK MIX OO9384, also does not answer my calls, this is a lack of respect with the customer.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
