I contacted them after two weeks of my order being processing and they told me that the product was out of stock, if they knew that why were they selling it with the promise of a 4-5 business days delivery?They don't give that information before and even now, they knowing it's been out of stock for more than 2 weeks, they still show on their website that the availability is 3-4 business days, if I were to buy these sunglasses today, I would be thinking that it would be sent to me in that time frame. It's weird that they charged me weeks ago, even knowing that they are not sure of when they're gonna have this product available. That's really frustrating. The funny part is that they charged me like 3 weeks ago even not having idea of when they are gonna have the product and when it's gonna be sent to me.
EZ Contacts are super affordable and quick! I wish I knew about them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good price workout having to mail in or wait for rebates! Going for the glasses next ;)
I just canceled my order after 16 business days and 26 days later with no word from easy contacts I actually called them last week still saying the same thing that the glasses were on back order well I've ordered many glasses from Oakley they will tell you even if you're just looking at the glasses whether they're in stock or not this whole time I've been checking the sunglasses I ordered from easy contacts they've been in stock at Oakley easy contact wants to tell me no they're not in stock. So then why am I ordering them from Oakley now and they said they'd probably be here by Friday or Saturday worst company I have ever dealt with and they don't care that you spent a lot of money and they don't keep you informed about your order they were only giving me a $50 discount anyways I'm not kidding when I'm saying it's the worst company I've dealt with so far I would not recommend them at all I give them zero Stars they are awful if you were smart you would go to any and I mean anyone else I hope this can help people make a better choice and not use easy contacts! Here's my order number that is canceled now ******* I called them last week still the same story they do not care one bit about their customers I received not even an email a text anything even telling me my order was on delay even after I called them last week
I have worked with them in the past and it was great. I never had a complaint. Oct 5th, 2022 I ordered contacts and they never came. A month later, I was told that it was lost in transit yet the tracking info said it never left the facility. They didn't respond to my emails until weeks later. Their excuse was that they had a holiday on Oct 18th which delayed their customer service responses. They said it was USPS that they had to make a claim with because they lost it. After 2 weeks of "processing a claim", I filled out the proper documents and then they decided to drop it and move forward with reshipping the product. It had been over a month since I was supposed to receive my contact order. I saw on Instagram that other people were complaining about not getting their orders as well. After I emailed the customer service rep about it, they removed the comment section from all over their Instagram posts. Sketchy isn't it? They reshipped the item after I told them I did not want it reshipped. I just wanted my refund. They seemed adamant that they didn't want to give me one. Went as far to send me a shipping confirmation but ignore my various emails, reminding them that I'd rather have a refund than to have the order reshipped. Especially because they never offered me a discount for the delay or anything. After a week of bothering them and notifying my bank of the terrible business practices, filing for a dispute, EZ finally started processing a refund. I also just received a package in the mail from them and it's not even what i ordered. It says its they're sample contacts on the box, not for selling. Absolutely disappointed that they couldn't just own up to an issue arising and had to screw over/lie to their customers.
Order never arrived. Noone answers phone for customer service. Been trying to call for weeks. 6 emails no answer. Sent messages via website. No response. Will never order from them again. 1800-contacts is more $ but atleast their reliable. EZ-Contacts is a scam. Crumb company.
When I finally received my contacts, after more than 30 days after ordering, I was happy with the results. If you have a special order, I recommend ordering at least 1 month or more prior to when you run out of contacts.
I was looking for a specific type and style of RayBan sun glasses and finally found them here. The price was right and the customer service was outstanding. Fast shipping and the glasses arrived well packed.

For a first time customer I had an uneventful and pleasant shopping experience. My eyeglass order was made and delivered to me without delay. The quality of work on my prescription lenses and frame looks and seems very good. I am very picky and a perfectionist I looked very closely for the slightest imperfections in the lenses and frame and could not find any. I can recommend EZ Contacts as a very good and trustworthy optical/eyeglass store to do business with. Cheers and best wishes!

I was recently prescribed to wear contact lenses and bought my first pair at EZContacts. I am satisfied with the quality of it, everything came well-packed, but it took them 2 weeks to deliver my order, even though the lenses were in stock. If I knew the shipping would take so long I would order them somewhere else, or go to a physical store to make a purchase. Not sure if I will order again.
I like the frame. It is quite fashionable and the price is good, but it did take 3 weeks to receive.
If you are looking for a place with good customer service, this is NOT then place. They are open only about 50% of the week and close for EVERY Jewish holiday. I emailed them while they were on holiday and two weeks later I still hadn't heard back. On their website, the chat says they usually respond within a few hours, but this is not the case since they're closed after 5 and Fridays at noon and nothing on the weekend.
My order helped facilitate a company wide change. Prior to placing my order EZContacts made no mention of their company wide shuttering for half of October. Despite processing my order on the 5th with expidited shipping. The order was fulfilled almost 3 weeks later. Although the reason for shutdown was easily understood, and for which I have no qualm. For EZContacts not making any effort to warn customers of the pause in operations, absolutely negligent. During all this delay. The customer service was auto replyed and canned messages. Despite communicating that I wish to cancel my order... Upon resuming operations, my order was shipped. "Due to high call volume" calls to CS were not answered whatsoever. It was an absolutely abysmal customer experince. But the bright point of all this can be found. Call it a lesson in how to conduct business properly. I helped EZContacts realize, and avoid, future company wide operations shutdown woes. I know this because the last day or 2 of the shutdown... They took heed to my suggested ways to mitigate problems like mine. The website was updated with a large bulletin explaining the company's temporary work stoppage and communicated when business operations were to resume.
Keep away! It is a total scam they never answer phone or CS line. I placed an order on August until 10/24 when I cancelled, no respect. Was a horrible experience. The track system showed me same status for two month. Several emails never answered.
I ordered my contacts on October 7th with 5-7 business day delivery, they delivered on October 24th!
17 days later! Nobody pick up the phone, wrote them min. 10 messages, and emails, and nobody answered! Today called them again to ask for a refund and no one again answered, just the machine, please send us an email... a high call volume... DISASTER! I was pushed to order overnight contacts from a different company for $$$. NEVER EVER I will order from this company again!
Horrible experience. I have attempted to reach anyone at this business. I have called well over a hundred times over the course of 26 days, and the phone message on all extensions say no-one is available to take your call. I purchased $400 glasses, and there is no way to track or know when the order is expected to ship. No-one returns email inquires. This is a shady business and I am very afraid now that I was scammed. YOU have been warned.
Placed am order on October 6th... They are missing in action since then... Multiple messages/emails sent... No reply. Phone is always busy... Waisted almost a month with this scam vendor.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
