I placed an order September 24th after weeks of getting no response they had 4 holidays so we're unreachable then a vacation! Almost a whole month no order received and the refund still hasn't reached me I was told Thursday I would get one and they're so busy they can't answer a call so tell you to email they won't respond to that either I've sent 5
Ordering online is easy, pretty straightforward. That's why they get one star. Everything else that happened after that, would get ZERO stars.
If you have questions about your order, don't count on reaching any live person. You can only email, and that can take days. If you have time, then their customer service might work for you…
First time customer, and I had questions bc I didn't get any tracking info. They were closed with no voice mail message advising and learned from their email response.
The glasses I received appear to be the legitimate brand, but the product I received looked nothing like the photo.
I'm Returning the ones I bought, was hoping to exchange, but couldn't get direct help. Moreover, Even though there's a discrepancy with their advertised product and what I received, I have to pay for shipping g to return. That's unethical.
We're taking a trip to Mexico and leaving on 10/26 and ordered a pair of Tory Burch sunglasses for my wife on 10/20 for 2 day delivery paying an extra $20, even though I'm having these challenges with mine, the price was really good. Today is 10/23 and there is no tracking info bc my order hasn't been picked up by the carrier. I'm going to have to cancel.
Again, if your order goes smoothly, you will likely be pleased with the product and pricing, but IF it doesn't, good luck.
I have ordered from here a few times in the past without issue. I placed this order 10 days ago. The contacts were in stock. My order was paid in advance, yet has not shipped or shows it has even been packed. The real issue is the non existent customer service. I have tried emailing, no answer. Using the chat, no answer. When you call the number every option says they are busy and to call at a later time, every time. I have tried all hours, at least 10 times. This is inexcusable. Please don't patronize this business, there are too many competitors out there to get ghosted to save a buck. Never again.
The worse $#*!ing company to order contacts from. Their quick to take your money but slow to deliver your products. I was told back to back they had holidays approaching so my contacts were delay. Even after their "holiday" I still haven't receive my purchase and its going on to two months. Report to BBB! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would because that; s what this company deserves.
Ive been waiting 2 months for my shades. I ordered them at the end of aug and still haven't received or and explanation. I emailed constantly for over a month. I emailed the entires October for them to only reply that they will be closed for 3 day for a holiday. I emailed again at the end of the holiday for them to then tell me they're on another holiday for a week. Now that that week is up I have yet to get an updated. I feel scammed and I'm truly not happy
I ordered a year supply of contacts and a pair of prescription eyeglasses. I got the contacts within two days which was great…but the eyeglasses…. I ordered Versace frames and not even an hour after I paid and submit my order, the company emails me and tells me they are out of stock. Okay whatever. 10-15 business days until they're back in stock. I wait 15 business days. And reach out asking if they're in stock. Customer service rep tells me it's going to be another 2-3 weeks. So I wait more, at this point it's ridiculous and I just want to cancel my order. So I send an email telling them to cancel the eyeglasses order and refund my payment method. I get an automated response about the company being on holiday for like a week. In the email they said it was for the "SUKKOS" Holiday. I look it up…SUKKOS isn't the holiday it's SUKKOT. With a t. Which was just weird. So I wait until 10/19 when they are back. My original cancellation email was not replied to. I sent another one. Nothing. Now I am calling my credit card company to get this charge of $200 off. Ridiculous.
Bought a pair of glasses form the website, it's been over a month and I haven't received one email or call regarding my order. When i call to find out what's going on they say there closed for two weeks for a holiday. Go elsewhere save your self the frustration.
Placed order 10/03/2022 it is now 10/14/2022 never received order and the funds have been deducted from my flex spending account in the amount of $305.09. Been calling since the order date to correct order but they have not answered any calls since 08/03/2022. Sent email and only received messages back saying, closed for Yom Kippur, then closed the following for something else. Now they're closed again until 10/19/2022. Can't speak to a human. Very frustrated. They are fraudulent.
I've been ordering from EZ contacts for years and I've recommended it to family members. Never had any issues. However, this past order's box arrived open. Nothing missing but a bit alarming. I think this was just one unusual case tho.
I ordered my glasses on September 19th, I paid it and I still don't have a glasses! When I track my order, it looks ordered but not shipped yet. There is not an update information about anything! I am a full-time computer user and I need that glasses urgently. I sent a message from the website on Oct4th and I got this email as a respond "EZContacts will be closed through Wednesday, October 5th in observance of the Yom Kippur Holiday. Your message is very important to us. Please email us after we reopen on Thursday, October 6th, so we can respond to your inquiry. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your patronage." Ok, I understand.
I sent another message on Oct 7th and this time they sent me this email "EZContact will be closed through Tuesday, October 18th in observance of the Sukkos Holiday. Your message is very important to us. Please email us after we reopen on Wednesday, October 19th, so we can respond to your inquiry. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your patronage." It's like joke!
I think this website a scam. I am going to report them and I want my money back!
I ordered two pairs of Rayban RB3136 on 9/25/22 and order was delivered on Monday 10/3. They did not fit properly. I called them 3 times that same day to try to start an exchange because the functionality of their site only allowed for a return. No one would ever answer. I used the chat function on their website and received a reply the next day that they would be closed through Wednesday, October 5th in observance of the Yom Kippur Holiday. On Thursday October 6th and Friday October 7th I called over a dozen times and used the chat function several times to try to communicate with them, all to no avail. On 10/7 I received another automated reply that they would be closed through Tuesday, October 18th in observance of the Sukkos Holiday. I don't know if this company is fraudulent or just provides poor customer service, but either way I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I'm returning the sunglasses now (they are charging me $8.95 for shipping) and will be ordering from another company. We'll see if I receive a refund like I should. Very disappointing experience.
See above. I had an issues because of delayed shipping from ez contacts and I got no response about my issue. It was simply ignored
These were the contacts I always purchase I believe. Haven't had them verified but they seem to work.
I was never told they were out of stock. Called ezcontacts several times and each time they said they were pushing the shipment out 2-3 weeks. ITs been almost three months and they have not yet once reached out to me regarding when the sunglasses will be sent. Very popular brand of sunglasses that I'm still waiting for. It took 2 months for the contacts to come and when the customer service rep did the re order after the contacts were never delivered the first time she sent the wrong thing. Still do not have the correct contacts but they have $189 of my money.
It took my contacts over two weeks to come. The box was damaged. Contacts were missing and I'm still waiting for a replacement or a refund three months later.
My order was placed 6 weeks ago and it's not here. Customer services told me it will be another week's of delay. This is unacceptable
I can not believe the local eye glass places wanted 6 times the amount you offer the very same frames for. I am only using you going forward. I've already planed my next purchase. The quality and delivery service were both Superb!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
