I Lost my glasses and they were very expensive with my prescription. I saw the same frames for a fraction of what I spent on this site. When I received them I was shocked at the quality and I could see perfect. I will be ordering more and for the price I couldn't be more happy!. Thank you!
I placed an order for contacts that the website stated would be "Available in 7-10 Days" and paid for 3 to 5-day shipping. This made me assume I'd receive them in roughly 14 business days (which is generous to them). Well... I waited over 3 full weeks and received nothing. No tracking info. As of this morning the package hadn't even been packed yet, let alone picked up by the carrier for shipping. They refunded me immediately which may be the only positive thing I have to say. The lack of transparency and delay in shipping is what earned a reduction of stars, and the quick refund earned them one extra. I'd suggest saving your money and using contactscart.com or 1-800 contacts which are legit sites I've used for years with no shipping delays. I only picked EZ contacts for the lower prices but it's not worth it.

Customer service reached out to me after reading My review, and offered me 10% off my next order. This earned Them a reduction of 1 star. After such a negative experience, 10% off feels like a slap in the face instead of an enticing offer to try again with their company.
I am thoroughly thrilled about the quality of the glasses I received but also the lenses. The choices I made online were implemented true to form in the physical product. Also, the service and shipping here was astounding- I placed the order on a Monday and received the glasses on Thursday. I'll be using ezcontacts for all my glasses needs moving forward.
I ordered glasses and never received them.
Ezcontact says that shipment is completed, but on the tracking site of USPS it says:
"Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" for about a week.

I contacted them and they asked me to contact them again, I'm afraid this is a scam.

9/14: I called them again, somebody picked up the phone quickly and he said the package was probably lost and that he would pass me the loss department,
He also told me to be patient on the phone since the wait was around 2 hours... it seems I'm not the only one who got the package lost
After 2 hours, I hung up...:(
I will update this post with the udpates. And likely contact the New York Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection if I don't get my glasses or refund.
I lost $400
It's funny. And by funny i do mean stupid. When we as customers mess up (ie late on payment, we get charged a fee). Yet when you guys screw up, "oops".

Were the same sunglasses as I had before since I lost mine came within two weeks turned out great for the cost.
Cheaper than my eye doctor and fast shipping too. Site is super easy to use also.

I ordered contacts last month and received them expired. I called and emailed them but got no response back.
The glasses are not what I expected, but will do the job i guess, bigger than I figured they would be. But good product and easy to deal with company.
Ordered an item that was supposedly in stock and was backordered for close to 3 months. Company has no concern with customer's wait time nor transparency of what is actually going on with the order.
I was forced to cancel the order and buy from another vendor
It's my first purchase and it's been good... just giving a conservative '4-stars' for now. There was a bit of a delay because of the prescription but other than that, everything is good.

It has been 4 weeks since Ezcontacts messed up my order. I order 3 boxes for my right eye and 4 boxes for the left eye. Ezcontacts switched the quantities. I returned the extra box for my right eye on July 19. Today is Aug 16 and I am still waiting for the correct box. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but nothing seems to happen.
Daughter fell in love with some frames at her doctor's office that we were told would not come in until approximately 8/12.
After doing some searching online, we found the same frames on EZContacts, with an estimated shipping time of 5-7 days. So, I placed the order on 8/1. We need these glasses no later than 8/17 (for school), which should have given us plenty of time.
But here we sit. Repeated requests for escalation with their vendor, who I was told HAS the frames in stock. However, AFTER placing the order I was told there have been "significant" delays. No mention of this when I placed the order, otherwise I would have just ordered through the doctor's office.
I've been corresponding with "ABBY", who only wants to provide customer service speak, deflect, and step around the issue. She did offer to to try and find us different frames that *might* get here sooner, but my daughter chose the frames we purchased for a reason.
I have asked on FOUR separate occasions to be connected with someone in management, but "ABBY" simply ignores my request and hasn't even acknowledged that I've asked for management to get involved.
I'm at a point where my daughter won't have her (much needed) new prescription and glasses before school starts and "ABBY" continues to deflect, deflect, deflect. Hoping that this review might get SOME sort of a response that shows the company actually cares about providing service more than it does with doling out lip service.
This complaint is regarding the website selling fake/ defective contact lenses.
1) Recently, I made a purchase of 3 boxes of 1- day Acute Moist 90 pack on Sep 17th, 2020, for my boyfriend, Order Number# *******, on EZContact.com website, paid $205.80 in total. The lenses felt uncomfortable on his eyes, this had happened before with other purchases but it was not as bad as this time. 2 pieces of lenses torn into pieces in his eyes (not at the same times, 2 occasions, or the same eye). It was hard to locate the contact lenses torn pieces, it caused irritation & it was dangerous as the material can drift elsewhere in his eyes. It happened twice within one week. I read reviews online that EZContact may sell counterfeit products and found out that contact lenses are one of the most counterfeited products in the world. I started comparing packaging from EZContact to the one my boyfriend got from his optometrist, it looks very different- color tone & language on the boxes.
I purchased lenses from here in the past, some boxes had defective lenses, they were wrinkled up or the liquid in the case was not there so the lenses got dried up. But this time, the lenses ripped while wearing them! This is dangerous. I have my credit card block this seller, they will never get my business from me EVER AGAIN!
2) In addition, I do not trust this website, so I looked into a RayBan (modelRB4320CH) I purchased on 2020 Sep 17th. I had a same pair purchased from RayBan store, the one from EZContact looks different- I had had this feeling when I first wore it but I just trusted the company till now.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
