Absolutely horrific customer service and a scam site. Ordered a pair of sunglasses in May and received no communication regarding the status of my order. The first time I called in June I was told the order will ship on August 3, and when I called on August 10 I was told I just have to wait by a rude customer service agent. She provided me with no help and seemed bothered to even be speaking to me. No one should shop on this site.
Ordered contacts but they were not correct. Sent them back and received an email saying to expect my refund within 2 weeks but I've heard nothing since and no refund for 4+ weeks now.
I ordered through Ez Contacts 2-3 times and my contacts were consistently on back order. There are no systems in place to notify me when there are shipping delays or why. Each time I had to contact customer service myself (after waiting) and was given the feedback that it is my responsibility as the customer to reach out after being inconvenienced. Fortunately, I discovered that 1800contacts has a more user friendly website AND these same contacts are not on back order with them for a comparable price that is certainly worth paying to avoid the hassle your company put me through.
I've never had an issue I've ordered from them multiple times for my contacts. Very consistent with the shipping and pricing.
I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses. I was told they arrived 3 days later. On the day in question, I was working from home and actually got mail directly from the post person. No glasses delivered. I called EZ contacts. It was impossible to actually speak to someone by phone. I then emailed them. I received a response that the glasses were delivered and that I could call another number. The other number answered after a 15 min hold time. They then transferred me and the call was dropped. This went on for a while. I finally told the first caller about my situation and that I kept getting dropped. They took my number and then…the call was again dropped. No one ever called me back. This went on for the next two days.
I then received an email saying that they would look into my case and would have it resolved within ten days, which unfortunately was after I would be leaving on a trip (which I wanted the glasses for).
I did ultimately receive the glasses two weeks later, which I had to return.
This company sounds like they are two people working in a warehouse. Lots of ping ponging and avoiding direct communication. It was frustrating to say the least.
Good quality contacts at affordable prices. Delivery was faster than other companies.
Offshore customer support. They never answer the phone. Almost never respond to live chat. They only respond to emails days later. They literally lost a Burberry frame I sent them to update the prescription. I earned plenty of their EZpoints, which translate to credit for future purchase and which I used. I had a balance of 257 EZpoints, which yields $25 credit, which they REMOVED from my account without notice or reason and REFUSED TO RETURN. So I can say they are also thieves. This is a pathetic operation with arrogant management in Brooklyn, NY that lacks respect and appreciation for their paying customers. Definitely not worth the aggravation. I spend more money somewhere else to get proper glasses, excellent service and fast response..
Ordered a pair of sunglasses over a month ago now and still have yet to receive me order. I was told the same message as everybody that they're back ordered by 2 weeks, another 3 weeks have past and still no update or glasses to be found. I'd stay away from this site as much as you can. Pay a couple more $ for some glasses on another site. I'll be starting my return immediately
Give the order tell you in 5 to 7 day is ready your order and then past 5 days send a message tell you that somethings happen and it will be delayed for 2 to 4 weeks

Ordered Tory Butch sunglasses... told there was a 4-5 day back order delay... called 3 weeks later and after long wait, was told they weren't really sure when the glasses would be coming in. HUH? Trying now to cancel order... not easy... said they would send an email that I could cancel with... of course, I never got any e-mail.
I placed an order on June 7th (*******) June 16th I called CS to find out the status of my order, because website said it was not picked up yet. I was told the item was on back order, which I would have not find out, because I didn't get an email notifying it was on back order, on that call I was told item was going to be back in stock on June 30th and shipped out that same day, to expect an email confirming the shipping, nothing. July 1st I called CS again and they told me item was in fact back in stock and that they were going to transfer me to sales dept for me to verify and find out the exact day it was shipping, no I have to do my own CS, I was on hold for over 90 minutes and no one picked up. Today July 5th I called again CS to find out the item went back on back order until July 25th. I cancelled the order and won't ever waste my time with them again.
Wow - this was my first order thru EZ Contacts USA and I found it to be super quick & easy. The most difficult part was deciding what color contacts to buy bc the savings were so significant! Will order again.

I'd give zero stars if I could... Placed my sunglasses order on Sunday 6/26 and paid expedited 2 Day shipping to insure I'd have them for the following weekend. Finally received a shipping email on Wednesday 6/29 so I'd expect delivery on Friday 7/1. Checked the tracking and the sunglasses didn't actually ship until Thursday 6/30 and with the 4th of July holiday, my order isn't expected to be delivered until Tuesday 7/5... 9 days after I ordered them and paid for 2 Day Shipping
I tried calling customer service multiple times on Friday 7/1 and when I finally got through, the representative confirmed that they had messed up, offered to refund the expedited shipping charges but had to transfer me to another department to issue said refund... needless to say I was on hold for 35 minutes and nobody ever came on the line... why couldn't the rep I was talking to just issue me the refund? I had to get off the line to go back to work so I figured I'd use the chat feature... sent through my issue and the response I got said someone would respond in a few hours... what's the point of having a chat feature if nobody is on the other end? I also never got a response to my chat request... common theme with this place
I then tried calling in again and they were now closed... at 12:45pm! Apparently customer service only works 9a-1230p on Fridays... must be nice
Horrible experience with EZcontacts... now I just have to hope that my sunglasses aren't counterfeit... I'm not holding my breath

Trying to get a refund from you has seems to be very difficult I've had five different emails go back-and-forth about how I'm going to require this credit.
I purchase 2 par of sunglasses on 2 separate times and they never give me update of the status of my order. All they says was check next week... very unprofessional. They don't have their items in stock but let us purchase it without giving any updates. BTW on website It doesn't show up as out of stock. Very disappointing. Galvin was the representative who says to me to check back in a week for my order...

I ordered two packs of lenses, but it got lost on the way. I tried to contact them via email and phone, but they just ignored and barely responded. If it was a $20 thing I wouldn't have cared but its $#*!ING MORE THAN $400! I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY JUST IGNORE ME
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
