I lost my fav pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. After 5 years it was time to purchase new ones. Came across EZ Contacts and found a pair that I liked. Had a question about their return policy and started a chat with Galvin Fein (online rep). He was awesome, helped me through the purchase process. Set the whole purchase up and gave me a discount. Definitely earned my business. Will purchase again from them.
I got my contacts right away which was nice, but when it came to my sunglasses it was a different story. I wasnt told there was a delay in the sunglasses until I reached out two weeks after I placed the order. Then I received an email full of grammatical errors that made no sense. It would be great if your employees were proactive and not reactive to these types of situations. Setting the expectation and letting a customer know that theres a delay would have been helpful. Instead I had to take time out of my day to try and find out what was going on with my order.
Great place to buy authentic designer frames! I got 2 pairs of sunglasses within a year. A Fendi and a Saint Laurent. I tried them on at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, but I got them at EZContacts for more than 40% off. They arrived within a week from placing the orders, with all their authenticity papers in their original cases. I own more than 15 designer sunglasses (it's my thing) so I can tell right away that I got the real deal. I had a small issue with the second pair but Galvin from customer support resolved it within 2 minutes. Strongly recommend this site!
A few days after I placed my order, I got a message saying they could not put prescription lenses in the frames I chose (even though there was nothing to indicate that when I ordered). But, they said for an extra $50 they could send the order out to a specialty lab. Once they did that, it was another few weeks before the glasses shipped. The glasses themselves, are great and far less expensive than ordering from our local optometrist. Customer service was very responsive when I wrote them. But I wish they had proactively given me accurate information about when to expect the glasses.
Took over 2 weeks to get my contacts. Contacted customer service they said they put a rush on it. Was still another week before delivery. Contacted customer service again regarding discrepancy in delivery date and the only reply was looks like they have been delivered. No sorry for the delay or nothing. Don't order from them.
Order sent three times. They denied that my prescription was readable even though it was in printed form. They kept requesting I use their online doctor for their eye test. Then they finally sent a shipping confirmation and when I spent over an hour tracking the order I found it was sent across the country. Upon contacting the company, they acknowledged they had the wrong order and although they had charged me, they never shipped. Totally unorganized, multiple emails from several staff with conflicting information, and when I called and asked to speak to a manager, one would not even take my call. Find another company for your business, EZContacts is all but easy!
I ordered contacts they never checked with my eye care physician sent the wrong lenses when I sent them back instead of 180 day supply I got a 30 day supply called customer service was on hold for an hour three different times still haven't heard back from them worst experience ever
But ended up getting a revised prescription for my left eye. Was able to send 1 box back and exchange for a new box. As of right now they've had the box that I returned since 9/22 and my exchange still hasn't been mailed. I keep getting the 3 more days response or they're closed for a holiday. I don't know what holidays they're celebrating to be closed 1-2 days per week. I'm thinking about reordering the correct box from somewhere else. I'm sure they'd get here quicker.
Ordered pair of Dior glasses on August 6,2020. Never received. On August 25,2020, attempted contact via chat. Standardized bot response that team would get back to me. Tracking information informed item was being processed at warehouse. Requested order cancel. Horrible Experience. Never received order. But, more important, never received follow-up from company.
I ordered a pair of glasses with upgraded progressive lens which cost 70% less than the exact same brand and lenses offered at my eye doctor's office on Jan. 29,2019. I finally received the glasses on March 2,2019. The glasses are great, but the slow processing of the order was well below my expectation. If you are not in a hurry to receive your order and can wait 4+ weeks, it may be worth the price.
I recently bought a pair of prescription glasses it took about two weeks to receive them then once I did, I tried them on and the fit was too big which is fine and why I chose to return but now I am waiting to hear back after they want to charge an additional $68.00 to exchange. So so far the experience has been neither good or bad.
Shipping was nearly a week longer than they advertised, and while their customer service would respond to emails, all they would say is they're sorry. No attempting to expedite order, offer of future discount, nothing. And this was an urgent order for child in school who NEEDED his glasses. Very dissatisfied customer!
Always delayed. I have ordered glasses twice at this place, after placing an order, you should expect glasses not before than 30 days. If you don't follow up, then may be 60 days. Good luck ezcontacts if you keep doing business like this...
And yes, your glasses are original but seems they are not first grade. There is always a slight imbalance or a problem with glasses. But I am ok with it considering the price...
I ordered a pair of sports glasses for my son to wear for football. The site quotes that orders will ship in 3-5 days. After the first two weeks passed I sent an email to check on the order. I was told they were being worked on and would ship soon. After another four weeks I called customer service for an explanation as to what was taking so long. I was told they didn't even start working on my order yet with no more explanation. Almost another full week later I finally received the glasses. At this point his football season was almost over, he had one game left. I'm very disappointed that they took so long to arrive. I never even received an email saying anything was on back order or any apology for the long wait. There are plenty of other sites you can order sports glasses from. I will never order from this company again.
We ordered contacts but they didn't arrive, so I started a chat. Daryl Grimes took the call and followed up with the doctor.The doctor doesn't want us to go elsewhere, so he said our prescription expired even though we were there in July. Daryl called and was able to fix the problem.
I've used EZContacts for a few years now and am always 100% satisfied with the quality of their prescription lenses, price and customer service. Not only is their website easy to use, but the fast shipments and great prices always have me coming back!

Although I was pleased with the online instructions regarding how to gather the exact information for a customer's prescription in addition to EZContacts selection of frames, the length of time it took to receive the eyeglasses soured the overall experience. Because this is the year 2018, the age of technology, nothing should take longer than 48-72 hours to arrive at your door once your credit card has been approved for a purchase. It too this company a little over a month to get eye wear to my front door. Unacceptable.
Horrible customer service! Ordered contact lenses almost 3 weeks ago, got a shipping confirmation, but never received my contact lenses. Left an online inquiry re order status, never got a reply. Called them today, have been on hold for 58 min, then finally spoke with a representative who told me that I have to wait for another 2-3 weeks to get my contacts! Completely dissatisfied!
I waited one month for my glasses. I ordered the highest quality thin lens. I got cheap plastic that squeaks when worn with movement. I order glasses online twice a year and have great experiences and a healthy glasses stash but I will never order here again. Don't even try to call customer service the wait time is at least 30 mins!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
