I was never told they were out of stock. Called ezcontacts several times and each time they said they were pushing the shipment out 2-3 weeks. ITs been almost three months and they have not yet once reached out to me regarding when the sunglasses will be sent. Very popular brand of sunglasses that I'm still waiting for. I was shocked when I found all the negative reviews since I have shopped 4-5 times from them and never had an issue. The sunglasses are authentic and at a very reasonable price. Surprisingly, shipping time has always been very fast for me as well.
After finding a brand of choice and going with EZ contacts to create my ideal lenses I can honestly say this was the best decision ever made. I've been getting compliments back to back ever since I received the pair. Some folks think I got sunglasses and start bugging when I tell them they are prescription glasses. The initial package came with a case, cleaning kit and also extra pair of clear lenses as well as tools to adjust for comfort. Awesome Deal!
Easy ordering process. Received in a timely manner Glasses look great as expected. Only regret is that maybe I should have tried them on prior to purchase. I may have chosen a smaller frame. But not a reflection on EZ Contacts, they are cute nonetheless.
Has been close to a month and Ihave not received my contacts. Customer service gives the run around. Website says fully shipped, but says warehouse is processing shipment. Now I asked for a refund and they say it's still processing.

I've spent countless hours on hold waiting for someone to even answer the phone at customer service line. Multiple emails went unanswered. I've gone a month without a glasses and still have no idea when my glasses will actually ship. The total wait time originally quoted to me when I ordered was less than two weeks. Don't order from this company unless you don't mind a long long wait. I will be cancelling my order.
The glasses I ordered were out of stock and they replaced them with a smaller version. Then it took over three weeks to receive said incorrect item. I love them for contacts, but I'll never order glasses from them again.
I ordered these prescription sunglasses to have on my vacation in plenty of time. I received an email letting me know theres a delay of 7-10 days because they are out of stock. I dont understand why I wasnt told this when I originally placed the order. So disappointed
Glasses fit great prescription is good. Just need anti glare included in purchases. Anti glare is a very important part of eyewear an I think thats something to really be considered other then that these fit me perfectly. Thank you.

EzContacts is my go to for best value brand contacts. Search and purchase process is straightforward and simple. Shipping is always prompt. Had to use support only during the most recent order, however Rex was very helpful, responded immediately and resolved the issue within few emails back and forth. Happy customer. Highly recommend!
Item showed in stock and would ship in 2 days. It ended up not being and took 4-5 weeks to get. Every time I called customer service I received a different answer. I was promised call backs or emails with updates that never happened. I paid for 2 day shipping and the package went from New York City to Memphis and sat there for a several days before coming all the way back to Pennsylvania.
I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses. I was told that they would ship within 5 days. I FINALLY received the order after 5 weeks. Several interactions with customer service showed very little concern for the delay. I will gladly pay 20% more locally, as the quality would have been better also.
I was always reluctant to order prescribed glasses online, and of course now due to the current situation, I had no other choice. However the website was incredibly user-friendly and the package arrived in a timely manner (specially considering how the mail has been lately, which is also understandable) and in impeccable shape. I have now used ezcontacts twice. Both times It took a good month to receive our order regardless of the offers promoted on their website for available in 2-3 days. The only reason I went back is because of their unbeatable prices. Good luck getting an update on the status of the orders until they have actually shipped and are down the street from your house.
EZContacts delivers a good valued quality product. I would have paid more than twice as much through my local eye clinic. Love my new glasses, packaged nicely with some extras to keep my glasses clean. I am all stocked up on contacts as well. I will continue to purchase from EZcontacts! Shipping is a few days for some, so plan ahead and save!
Customer service was hard to reach, and had no answers regarding delay of product shipping. Product arrived after 6 weeks of hounding customer service every other day. This company has a huge mis-communication between production, laboratory, customer service and the customer. If you want cheap glasses/contacts but don't mind waiting a very very long time (well beyond what they advertise) then EZContacts is Okay for you.
Wow - this was my first order thru EZ Contacts USA and I found it to be super quick & easy. The most difficult part was deciding what color contacts to buy bc the savings were so significant! Will order again.
I love the range and quality of products but had a terrible time trying to track my order. Customer service finally wrote back to me and it took almost 3 weeks to process my purchase. Overall, I'd use them again but hope that they get more people on board to support the obviously booming order quantities.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
