I worked with Rex today. I was a little frustrated that EZ Contacts never contacted me after finding out that my sunglasses were out of stock. I sent an inquiry as to why they were still processing after 11 days. Rex replied and was very friendly and helpful.
I ultimately cancelled my order and had the money refunded to me but he made my experience easy. I will be back to find another pair of sunglasses. I just need to try a couple on first! Thank you Rex
I found you guys because I was tired of WebEyeCare charging handling fees that were expensive and their prices were going higher, so I was pleasantly surprised you don't charge fees, at all, and you have free shipping. Plus Daryl was able to give me a promo code to use right away when we chatted. He was very helpful and treated me exceptionally. I am so glad I am switching to EZ Contacts and I will be back. My item was guaranteed 3-5 days. After two weeks without any notice or delivery I was promised I would receive it within the week and, y item would be upgraded to next day. Once again, two weeks later, no reply. I call again. I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I call again. They dont know what is happening. Finally, on week 5, I get an email that says my item is being shipped but wont receive it for 3 days. What happened to Next Day!?! Spent another 30-45 on a call with a rep and a supervisor who said their site does not guarantee what it promises bc it has a disclaimer. Then I said, "Do you guarantee what you say on the phone bc I hope you recorded it bc I do." The Supervisor then immediately hung up. I should have received a refund.
Daryl has the "yes I can" attitude which is so important with customer service. He also demonstrated the willingness to accommodate with my request.

The arms are too large. Not true to the size we ordered. I'm not sure if it's just the way they are made but they are too large.

Like my new reading glasses the only problem, it took to long to received other than that everything is ok.
My perscription verification was taking longer than anticipated. I reached out to see if there was a problem or if i needed to contact my doctor. Daryl Grimes got on the case and fixed everything within 10 minutes and really sped up the process, all while being very friendly and professional. Get that man a raise.
My initial order was on back order and I didn't find this out until I called and asked how much longer it would be. I then decided to go with a different color frame that was in stock. I called again over a week later and found out one of the lenses hadn't passed inspection ~ again, it took me calling to find out the delay. The shipment was expedited for which I was grateful but the whole process took over a month and I was unfortunately in desperate need of new glasses as my old pair had broken. What I was initially told would take at most 2 weeks was more than double that. The glasses are excellent but the process to get them was a bit frustrating. I totally understand that some of these factors are simply the way things go ~ I think I would have simply appreciated better communication from the company. When I did reach out everyone was very helpful.
I waited a few days only because I was anxious as its my first time ordering online and when they final showed up. I was excited, I loved it.
First of all this is an order that was placed on July 25,2017. I ordered two pair of frames to include a pair of glasses and sun glasses. The glasses came but I have yet to get the sun glasses. I initially sent the company an email about the 2nd pair not being received and received no response. I called the company and was told initially they did not know the status of my order and to give a call back. I called back and was told that the lab is working on the order and will have it finished today and I will be receiving the tracking information in less than 24 hours and to call back. I called again the next day to inquire because I had still not received the tracking information and I was given the run around by customer service and war told the sun glassss were shipped from the lab and I will be receiving the tracking information shortly. I waited 48 hours before calling the company again and I let the company know I never received tracking information and again I was told I would receive the information. The customer service rep sent me a generic email saying the sun glasses were shipped but no shipping information or any type of confirmation or tracking number this took place. I have yet to receive any type of tracking or confirmation of evidence the sun glasses shipped and I have contacted my credit card company about this matter.
The answer is no. Just don't do it. I tried these frames on in a store really liked them ordered them exactly the way my prescription said annnddd I can't see out of them at all! GUESS what?! The refund policy is a JOKE! Good luck to you in finding your perfect new glasses! Here I am $160 broker...
Good experience. Easy process. But took 6 weeks to arrive from date ordered. Could have been the manufacturer's fault.

It took over 2 months to ship my order, even though at the time of the order it was confirmed that the frame I was interested in was in stock!
After 2 months when the glasses arrived, it does not seem to be the correct prescription. I am not going to waste time to return the glasses for modification. Forgetting about the glasses and EZContacts.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
