I've got my prescription wrong twice have not received my hard case asked multiple times for it and just want my money back
I have been waiting weeks for my glasses. When I first ordered my glasses they told me it would arrive in 5-7 business days. A week after ordering, they told me they were on backorder until September 10 (I'm traveling overseas for a year and leaving in a week). A day after, they said to order a different color. Then they get back to me the next day that they made a mistake. 2 weeks later still no glasses. I call up (45 min wait) and they tell me lab will ship out today. When I asked if they shipped they did not answer. Extremely unprofessional. This company deserve 0 stars if it was an option.
I was going to fill out the Rx information for the site to contact my doctor, but I accidentally clicked out of it. I went into the chat and talked with Daryl Grimes. He was very helpful in solving the problem. He read my question and we got straight to business. I gave him the info he needed and that was it, short and sweet. He did a good job
I made a selection but didn't find my chat particularly helpful to that decision. I'm hopeful that I made the right choice but do not feel confident after communication. Also, I was offered a code for 5% off... I get better codes than that in my junk email which I am using on this transaction.
Took almost 3 weeks to finally get my Prescription sunglasses. They ended up ok. The lens are significantly different from the color match I requested though, and they are a VERY VERY light tint, to the point I can wear them indoors. Not thinking they are going to do very well on a full sunny day.

My glasses are great and I am very happy with them. However, they took a long time to process and there wasn't ever a clear update on when I would actually receive them. Every time I contacted EZContacts, I was told that there were still being made but could never be provided any information besides cookie cutter estimates that kept being repeated even though that time had already passed.
While it was not the worst experience, I will definitely be searching for another company to use next time. I've ordered glasses online with others and communication is really stellar with them.
The representatives have always been polite and helpful. I ordered two pairs of glasses. Both were of good quality and good price. The first pair lasted two years before being replaced by the second.
The glasses were exactly what I thought I was getting, plus they gave me glasses cleaner, a nice case, and cleaning cloth. The only thing I was frustrated with was the amount of time it took to process and ship. It took an extra week then the website said it should. But still got them, and have no other complaints. Would order again.

I received glasses with colored lenses and I received a color I did not select. I would never order from here again because if I returned them they wouldn't pay for their mistakes. I would have to pay for postage.
I have tried calling and emailing to get some information about my partial delivered order... and to date haven't gotten a reply nor my remaining order.
The amount of time it took to get these glasses was unbelievable. The glasses are nice, but I needed them for vacation and didn't have them. I ended up having to buy a pair from another company.
My order said it would ship in 5-7 days. This was far from the truth. In fact. After 7 business days, I initiated an online chat so that I could check the status and was told that my frames were in back order and hadn't been received yet. This would have been fine except there was no notification of this when your website states and I quote "Order Delays
If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem then we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours." Your company never emailed me and there was no explanation from the online chat associate. He said "it'll take 5-7 days for the lenses, you should get it by the end of the month." And that was it... after 5 more days, I sent an email that also did not give any estimated shipping date or explanation. Finally after nearly 3 weeks, they finally show. I made 2 attempts to get assistance and didn't even get an apology due to your error in shipping estimates and your "order delay" policy that wasn't followed. This is not how you tread a customer, let alone a new one. I

I chatted with Daryl Grimes because I received a 10% off coupon in my email after I placed a contact order. I wanted to see if I could apply that coupon to the order I just placed, and Daryl was very helpful. He applied that coupon to my order and was very quick and kind. Great customer service.
First it took two months to get my Nike Glasses. Then I had to email every week or so to get a status. THen when my glasses came in UPS wouldn't just leave the glasses at my door, so had to travel 30 minutes away to get them. Then when I did get the package something was rattling inside the bos. Could it be the lens. Yup. The frames were not packed up properly. The eyeglass case poped open and one of the lenses from the glass poped out of the frame from the impact I had to take it to a local eye glass shop to get the lens back in but they're still not 100% one lens is a little loose but I need them and can't wait another 2 months to get them back. Hope you do better for other customers..
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
