Hello Josh,
Thanks for taking the time to write to us. Since your order shipped in separate shipments, the overnight Fedex was only applied on the initial shipment and we used Priority for the other shipments.
I paid for overnight on everything I purchased. Why does the shipping meathod not apply to every item ordered?
The biggest issue I had was that the most anticipated frames I was excited about arrived warped and bent and not in their original flaw-free condition. Lesson learned I suppose. Framesdirect.com and DesignerOptics.com always sends all my items with the shipping meathod I chose on every item. They also check every frame for factory flaws before sending it to me. I know I'm picky but I spent over $2,000 on my purchase and expect my Oder to arrive as planned and flawless. This is an annual purchase I make every year.
Great price Good quality, relatively quick shipping. Very good communication. I would gladly order from ez contacts again.
I ordered a pair of glasses on EZContacts.com and expected to receive them within a week and a half or so. At the two week mark, I checked in to find that they had a question about my order but didn't bother to contact me to ask about it, instead just sat on it and did nothing. When I corrected the order, I also informed them of a change of address. Two weeks later, I was about to contact them about my order when I received a shipping confirmation TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I called and after 15 minutes on home I was told that the change of address was in their system but for some reason it wasn't applied and that they would try to recall and fix it but couldn't guarantee it. Luckily, they were able to fix it and I did receive my order in the end after over a month of waiting and numerous calls to customer service.
Daryl was pleasant to chat with and indicated he will take charge of the situation with my order himself! I will be awaiting my order to come thru!

Costumer service is always very helpful, but the company fails miserably at displaying its inventory, and disclosing clearly when a product is backordered, which happens a lot.
I had heard if you bought pink tinted sunglasses it would help with migraines. The ones I bought were not very tinted and did not help and are actually worse for my migraines then my other glasses. That's my fault though for not researching before hand. The 7 day shipping you need to disregard as it takes a really long time to make the glasses. That said the prescriptions are right on the money better than any i have ordered locally.
This pair is a little loose so I am going to have to go to a local store and pay to have them tightened but still the quality is worth the effort. The only really negative comment is I was first drawn with to the site as you got a discount on your glasses after a certain number of point. I have bought two sets of glasses and gone over and never got the email with a coupon they said would come. However, I will just contact them the next time i get glasses. I will buy from them again and have recommended them to my friends.
It took a whole month to get prescription glasses. I contacted the department they have terrible customer service cause they didn't care. The site states ships out 2-3 days and that the item is in stock. What they need to say is that it may have to ship from the supplier, then we put prescription in which takes 5-7 days then ships in 5-7 days. The horrible part was I got PayPal involved and they hustled then a tad bit but they sent me someone elses shipping info and told me my item was shipped. Sucks then the offered me 3 -5 day shipping wow that was something never again will I purchase prescription from them... Beware
It took almost 3 weeks for me the get my glasses. They advertise 3-5 days I believe and that's bull****. I found the same glasses on another website and they said they price match, never got a response from them. I will never order from them again. Even if they offer me free glasses I wouldn't take them.
Lied to repeatedly. Cheated out of money. Inconvenienced constantly. I hate this company. They cheated out of money with their policies even though they sent defective glasses.
Update: They stated they would respond to me to address my issue. I have received no communication from them. Do not trust this company.

I bought the glasses thinking it was there and it wasn't. They didn't even warn me or tell me afterwards.
Concerned about contacts not being shipped and provided a tracking number asap! I had contacted customer service earlier waited on hold and weren't as helpful as Kylie Grams.
I have problem with one of my frame and lenses. I called and email couple of different associate to initiate return but no response from any one of them.

Daryl Grimes helped with all my questions. I needed to check on the inventory of a specific pair of glasses.
I wanted to purchase replacement sunglasses and signed up with my email for a 10% coupon, but didn't receive the email with the promo code before wanting to place my order & I accidentally applied a smaller 5% coupon. John told me I could apply the additional % off after placing my order & Daryl took care of applying the 5% adjustment manually afterwards. I'm awaiting Daryl's email confirmation of the adjustment, but expect it to be taken care of today. I appreciate their assistance!

Both times I found the company to be very client friendly. They were very easy to contact and took me through the 1st ordering process step by step. Previously, I had only received contacts through my Dr's office. I spoke to Daryl Grimes on both occasions and he was very helpful. He was able to quickly check on my prescription to make sure it was current. Also, prices are great! I highly recommend this company and CS staff.
Delivery was 3-4 weeks. But I am happy with the glasses I got. My review would have been higher had I known the real delivery time when I ordered as opposed to sending 2 emails and calling to inquire.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
