Ordering was great, as was the price. I just wish it didn't take so long to process and ship. From when I ordered to when I received them, it took two weeks, even though I paid for faster shipping. Definitely order from them if you don't mind a wait.
We were able to find the exact brand our local eye glass store had at a fraction of the cost. Great value and easy to order. Great buying experience.

It took me over a month to receive my glasses. A day after I placed my order I received a VM from a guy saying he was the one building my glasses and had a few questions. When I called back no one had a record of anyone calling me. After about two week I called to check on the order and they said that my frames was on back order. I didn't receive anything from the company about the back order. So I had them change frame colors and it still took almost 3 weeks to recieive them.
Feels good to chat with a representative when you have any questions about your order. These people are the best >D
First of all, my order was delayed because the frame was out of stock, which they did not tell me until after I ordered. Then, they somehow "accidentally" charged me for a completely unrelated order. In the end, the extra charges were reversed and I got my frames, but the experience was very unprofessional.
Everything was the way EX contacts promised, the only thing was a small delay in the building of the eyeglasses
I've contacted customer service 3 times. All the same answer, "give it a few more days". I ordered July and still have yet to receive my glasses. I have never had anything like this happen before, and I've ordered from several online companies. I hate to see what it would be like if I need to return them. Where are my glasses!?
I went for quicker shopping because my son lost his glasses. Definately saved bucks with ezcontacts and quality same as higher cost option. Thanks!
The glasses took way longer than expected, with no warning. Not sure if they were coming out of the country, but it seemed like it took forever.
Ordered 2 pair of glasses for each of my boys, one had to be cancelled because they no longer had it in stock. This delayed the other pair's shipping. I ordered another pair the day after and received the second order very quickly even before the first order. Had to call twice for the first order to be shipped. Thankfully the glasses fit good and my boys were happy
I priced out the glasses/frames I wanted at my eye doctor's office. $475 including the vsp subsidy. So I said no thank you and looked online for a better price. Ezcontacts beat the next lowest guy by about $30. I ordered my glasses/frames, submitted the reimbursement on the VSP website, and got a check from VSP in a week. I paid net net $15. Easy decision. I will always use ezcontacts going forward.
The quality of the frame (sunglass) is good, but the lens sucks! The representative does not know anything about their product. I ordered the Fendi sunglass which has the brown (more like gold) color. Before I ordered it, I asked them will the lens be the same or match the demo, they told me yes. But what I received is totally different! Don't even mention about the shipping! They told me it would take 10 business day or so, But it takes more than half month. When I complained about it, they questioned me back, we will give you free UPS shipping, what else do you want then? Seriously? Is this a way to apologize? They only apologized after I said don't you think you guys need to give me an apology first?
After I complained the color of the lens, they told me because I should not choose one the ply lens which they suggested one web that said the best suggestion or sth like that. They did send me another pair which is the plastic lens and the color is still black. No comments, i am so tired to communicate with them.
Could not get correct percent taken off for a new customer. I sent my RX properly, but somehow you didn't get it. Had to do a live chat. Took a very, very long time. I hope it is all straightened out after all this time.

I would give them 0 stars if possible... Customer service rep wouldn't allow me to talk to a manager. I paid extra to expidite delivery. Ordered on sat 8/5 and paid for 3day delivery and states won't arrive until 8/14. Apparently I'm supposed to read availibilty 2-3 days as in addition to the shipping in addition to how ever long they decide to take to prosecc the order. Missed my daughters bday so you will be getting them back. Bought them elswhere. I would reccomend if a customer wants to talk to a supervisor, make them readily available. Like your soooooo busy at an eye shop, please
Daryl personally assured me that he would make sure my contacts are sent out within 24 hours. This is very important to me because I am almost out of contacts and I won't be able to see. He also has a great hybrid name of 2 AMC's The Walking Dead stars.

I had to call them after 2 weeks when they told me my glasses would $#*! in 5 buisness days. Turns out they were ready to ship and they just didnt do it. They gave me a tracking number that was wrong and i had to reach back out to them for a correct tracking number.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
