DO NOT order from these jokes! Frames broke in less than a month and they said due to wear and tear… two weeks of that was shipping! And Stefanie Rodrigues has to be the WORST customer representative I've ever encountered! Absolutely terrible service and NO resolution! Sincerely, single mom of 3 who you ripped off!
Compete scam. Pkaced my order in March 2023, was told that the frame is back ordered and will be available on May 20. My card was charged and I accepted to wait.
In early June my order was cancelled because "manufacturer discontinued this frame". My payment was refunded but lower amount than what was paid. Stay away from this fraudulent and scamming business.
Just received my glasses back after having replacement lenses installed. Very Happy with the results as they are better than the originals. And at a lower price than the eye clinic wanted for replacement lenses.
Was able to order a duplicate set of glasses without a problem. Would have appreciated receiving a discount that was offered earlier, but had expired because I wanted to try the glasses for a while before ordering a second pair.
Very easy experience. I picked the frames first, then went online to choose my lens from eyeglasses.com. Prescription and PD typed in, printed label to send the frames, and I am so happy with the results.
I looked and looked at frames trying to decide, but I knew I wanted to get my new glasses with eyeglasses.com I bought prescription sunglasses a few years ago and love them.

I would also like to bring to your attention that when I received my order, the glasses case inside the box was broken. I can't imagine how that happened because the box on the outside was perfectly fine. I did pay promptly for my order and felt the price was ok for the glasses I received. I also felt like I should have received a good case, and in fact, the case that belongs to these glasses. That is my only regret so far. I have not had time to wear the glasses due to I have not been at my home in FL a lot but will get a chance to this week. I also thought the glasses were a little more cat eye shaped than the pair I received.
The specific pair of eyeglasses I ordered were not going to be available for several weeks, so eyeglasses.com sent two pair of the same manufacturer -- one in a slightly different color and one in a slightly larger size. I decided that the slightly larger size pair worked well for me and sent back the slightly different color pair. No questions. No issues. No trouble. That kind of personal service will keep me coming back to eyeglasses.com in the future, not to mention the excellent selection and prices for their frames.
The process was great. It was simple to understand and I was updated with the process. My only complaint was that I paid for 1-3 day business shipping. But when my order shipped it took a week to get to me. That was disappointing.
I have found eyeglasses.com to be horrible. Purchased two pair of glasses, regular and sunglasses, both with progressives. The regular glasses took 3 weeks to receive. When received I need to wear my old glasses as I couldn't see well with these glasses. My eyes look out through the very top of the lenses may be the reason.
The sunglasses have yet to arrive. It's been a month so for whoever thinks online ordering is quick, forget about it. It's been a month since ordering. When contacting customer service only said it was processing and they will let me know when they ship. Ughhh for lack of information.
My mother's optometrist would not give us her full prescription. But eyeglasses.com's support was able to work with us to get her the right glasses. With the glasses being Trifocals that was not easy. They could have blown us off, but instead they went the extra mile. And my mom can see everything she wants to without having to change glasses constantly.
These people are extremely slow
These people are extremely slow. I ordered my glasses 8/25. I checked in for an update on 8/30 to see if they have started on processing. I was told they have to wait until next week and then they will get started on my lens. So basically theboption to rush is BS. They don't keep you in the loop at all and pretty sure it is going to be a good month before i get my glasses.

I ordered--for the third time--the exact same frames: Dolimiti RC2/C. The old ones had broken after years of service, the nosepad and attachment for it came off, and Eyeglasses.om got me new ones in two days! They fit great and they look great! Thank you!
My frame was broken. Most likely the lab they used was rushed and did not heat up the frame properly when removing the lenses. I don't suggest sending in your own frames because they cannot be replaced. Go to a place that stocks your existing frame for lens replacement.
My glasses broke few months after purchased, and the warranty they cover is 50% in store credit for another glasses. So finally I had to spend more money in a new pair of glasses and I could only use this money in their website... This together with the terrible experience while buying my glasses makes me recommend NOT to ever buy from here.
I received 2 of the 3 frames I ordered to try on. I called and a CS rep told me the 3rd was no longer available in the color I ordered but they were available in black so I received those at a later date and was informed by the CS rep that the 30 days would start when I received the last frame in my order. I have returned all 3 opting for a bit smaller frame "Life I Good" Krissa. Looking forward to receiving them soon!
Good job on doing my drill mount lenses, nice and tight position of holes. They did not return old lenses, which I would have liked to keep as lens shape models however, even though I enclosed a note asking for them to be returned.
Ordered replacement lens service on 12/28. After around a month with no communication from them, I reached out. They said the first lenses didn't pass inspection and they were being remade. They said it'd be another 5-7 days. 2 weeks later with no communication, I called again. This time, Stephanie told me they were canceling my order and returning my glasses. They came today - without my original lenses or the case I shipped them in. Their customer service is abysmal. They don't communicate unless you initiate and when you do they are rude, sarcastic, condescending, and uninterested. And on top of all that, they have stolen my property. Avoid this company.
Loving my new glasses. Actual glass lens is a huge plus for kinda of wear and tear my glasses go through. They are a little heavier compared to plastic but definitely worth it.
I'm a first time eyeglasses wearer. The whole experience filling my prescription went much easier than expected. They were able to use frames which I already owned and placed my new lenses in very short order and the cost was substantially less than expected. I also received great customer service when I need to speak directly to the company.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
