Horrible customer service! Never answering calls or emails. Took over 2 weeks to complete my order and my glasses came in without AR coating and are horrible quality, I can't see in them at all. Total waste of money. I tried to email and call customer service but never got a response. Avoid this company and order your glasses/lenses elsewhere
Relatively new glasses frames broke. Two emails sent to customer care. After two brief pro forma "we're looking into it" email responses I called customer care repeatedly. Each time after a wait of two minutes my call was ended with a recorded response of "email us at customer care." I am stuck with new glasses that cost me $145 that are unusable.
Good job on doing my drill mount lenses, nice and tight position of holes. They did not return old lenses, which I would have liked to keep as lens shape models however, even though I enclosed a note asking for them to be returned.
Been doing lenses and frames with Eyeglasses.com for maybe 8-10 years now. No sales pressure that you get at the optometrist office. Large selection of frames. Lenses are top shelf, my vision is very good.
We've ordered from Eyeglasses.com before and had great results. This order was no exception. Glasses arrived earlier than expected and the Rx seems perfect. But a couple of weeks after my wife received her glasses, one of the nose cushions fell out. I contacted eyeglasses.com asking if I could 'purchase' another cushion. 'Received a prompt response that they would try to determine if they were available. Within 3 days, 3 new cushions were delivered by UPS... and at no charge! 'Just don't find that quality of service very often today.
I like that they will replace the lenses on my existing frames. However the website can be confusing regarding tinting and other options. The shipping instructions are also vague. There is no way to get clarification while on the website. But eyeglasses.com has saved me a lot of money. And I am generally happy with the quality.
I'm a first time eyeglasses wearer. The whole experience filling my prescription went much easier than expected. They were able to use frames which I already owned and placed my new lenses in very short order and the cost was substantially less than expected. I also received great customer service when I need to speak directly to the company.
While the glasses took a while to come because of the busy holiday shipping season, when they came, I was very excited. I had found an inexpensive way to replace my favorite glasses frame. The eyeglass store I usually go to was able to quickly take the lenses from the broken pair and put them in the new pair. Communication and follow-up has been good from this company. I'll be a repeat customer in the future.

I bought replacement lenses. The options are confusing especially on sunglasses. But the quality and price were great. But plan on 2 weeks to get your glasses back, even if your prescription is simple.

The order took quite awhile to get here and my glasses don't have an anti-reflective coating on them. An oversight on my part for not seeing that this did not come standard and I had to upgrade but honestly why would anyone not want this. I am disappointed on how this look now because if that.
I was laughed at by the ophthalmologist because I have a special prescription for one eye that requires some unusual techniques (they told me they could execute prior to ordering), lied to about when these had shipped out (whole process took over 3 weeks), and ultimately given the wrong prescription. Tried to settle it with them in the form of a discount / refund, but they weren't willing to do anything to rectify the issue. Will be disputing this transaction with credit card company, as I don't want to ever deal with these folks again.

Paid express delivery, 6 days later there was no status. I contacted them, impossible to talk to a life person, so I chatter with a rep Sadie Clinton. She indicated falsely that I could not cancel my $625 order because it was already "sent". She also indicated that it was sent on 6 days ago but I paid regular mail. I advised her I paid express and she terminated the conversation. I contacted DHL with the number EYEGLASSES provided in my status and it said that an invoice was done but has not been sent (04/27/26). The other set of glasses I order their status indicates it is in "production" in 04/25/23. Very likely I will not accept the good if I ever get them and will contact my credit card company and just order my prescription order somewhere else. I wish someone would contact me to clarify this problem.
I am still waiting for my missing eyeglasses frame. I was told many times that someone will get back to me but no one called me back. I had been an eyeglasses.com loyal customer for many years. This last experience is very disappointing.
If you've got 2 months of time to waste on a 10 dollar pair of glasses then be my guest. The customer service is non existent. The communication is non existent. The opportunity cost is just not there. The fact that I was able to order and receive multiple pairs of glasses and sunglasses from several different companies in several different countries in a tenth of the time it took to get these is outrageous. Do NOT do it!
I had an incorrect lens replacement prescription and Eyeglasses customer service was gracious enough to hold my order at their lab until my correct prescription was ready. Also used the company in 2021 for lenses and frames. Very happy with their service and quality!
I had trouble getting new lenses and frames to replace the set I had gotten in 2019. I went through 2 sets from a local shop that had to be returned. Eyeglasses.com offered the right lens material and the right finish that 99% of online and in-person places just choose not to carry anymore. I got a better product at a better and fair price than was offered anywhere that I could find online or in person.
As much as my prescription eyeglass frames and lenses cost, it was a great experience (after cataract surgery and a 20/20 vision exam) to find this company to replace my Kate Spade lenses with a 1.5 correction. The readers arrived quickly and all correspondence was professional. Would definitely recommend.
DO NOT order from these jokes! Frames broke in less than a month and they said due to wear and tear… two weeks of that was shipping! And Stefanie Rodrigues has to be the WORST customer representative I've ever encountered! Absolutely terrible service and NO resolution! Sincerely, single mom of 3 who you ripped off!
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
