Glasses came in even faster than my other ones from the doctors office. Really happy with them and would definitely order again in the future!
I'm a first time eyeglasses wearer. The whole experience filling my prescription went much easier than expected. They were able to use frames which I already owned and placed my new lenses in very short order and the cost was substantially less than expected. I also received great customer service when I need to speak directly to the company.
If you don't want to pay designer prices, this is the place to order from. In the past few years, I've ordered some reading glasses from here. And others of my family have ordered from here. They have a great customer support staff. The items always come in a timely manner. I've never had a whisper of trouble with them. The reason they don't get 5 stars is that there was no expedited shipping when I ordered so it took a while for them to come in the mail.
It took way ro long to get my daughters glass. Guess I didn't know what to expect buying online. They also arrived about 4 days after they said they were delivered.

I placed an order that was supposed to be in stock 7 days ago and it has not shipped yet and can not get a call back reply to my message or an answer to my email.
When looking on line I see they claim to use all insurance but the reality is they file no insurance you have to file out of network and get screwed on the pay back.
I am in the process of returning my frames that I had sent to me so I can try them on. The purchase date was 11/5, they didn't even ship out the frames until 11/15. I finally received them on 11/20. Submitted the return within a week of getting them. I finally got confirmation that they received my return on 12/5 and I still have yet to receive my refund, and it is now 12/17. I'm not going to shop here again. It's just too slow and there's so many other online retailers that have faster service
Getting lenses replaced at eyeglass.com was fast and efficient. The very high quality lenses I got were half the price quoted to me at my local eyeglasses store. Won't hesitate to use eyeglasses.com again.

I recently ordered progressive Trivex lenses at eyeglasses.com on one of my high end Cartiers frames and had excellent results. Their pricing is very reasonable. Trivex is a new material that is a stronger, more resistant, clearer alternative to standard polycarbonate, which is one of the best materials for prescription glasses. There were few cons, Trivex is a new material, so it can be hard to find among glasses retailers. If you want Trivex, you may have to purchase it online. This means you won't get a chance to test or feel the material beforehand. I was fortunate to end up having satisfactory outcome. In another pair of frame, where I had ordered 1.74 index glasses, where I was not happy, they replaced without any extra charge with Trivex lenses. I thought the eyeglasses.com URL would insure a decent operation, along with the Amazon sign in. Forget it. Had to wait MONTHS for delivery. Then finally sent overnight... which means 4 days. Truly a pathetic place. They also kept an order pending for about three months and then canceled it. Try somewhere else.

Glass did not have proper power. Progressives did not work. Had my eye doctor confirm. Will need to have these redone. Apparently, this is common with mail in services.
I sent frames and my (Very strong) trifocal prescription. Everyone else has told me they can't make the prescription because it's too much. You guys did it quickly, correctly, and without batting an eye. I will be using you again!
I'm pleased with my new prescription sunglasses. The only thing was that the lenses are not as dark as I expected them to be. But I am happy with them and will use eyeglasses.Com for future purchases.
I ordered glasses and after a week, I was informed by the lab that they could not make my order. I wanted prescription sunglasses but they could not make them with the lens that I ordered, nor could they add the mirror tent to them. That was the whole purpose of my order. I paid this company almost $1000.
When they could not make my order, I cancelled the order. Here we are a week later and they will not refund my money. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I've called and emailed customer service every single day and they will not refund me despite the lenses never being made.
DO NOT order from this company. They are frauds and I will get a lawyer involved if AMEX is not able to rectify the issue.
I purchased in their website 16 days ago, I did not get any confirmation email. Called their costumer service right away, 7 times, I got no response. This is probably a scam, don't purchase from this website. I still haven't find a way to get my money back, it was 500+ in total, I'm still a student I need the glasses for school and 500 is a lot. If you value your money and time, don't purchase on their website.
Service is bad. I would rate lower if I could. I am over a month in getting my glasses I purchased on 4/1. The Cust service phone number is a joke. It is pathetic as no one ever answers. If you wait in the queue you are dropped on your turn as there is no mailbox. No follow up or explanation. Email almost as bad, depends if you think a week is a reasonable response time.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
