I was excited to find the same frames I tried on at the optometrist office at a third of the price! A little bummed there wasn't any AR coating on the lenses, but that may have been my fault.
The initial glasses sent were the wrong prescription. These were returned. The second prescription is off also. Close enough unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened with eyeglasses.com.
Good service, quick delivery, great product - my second pair. The selection here is very good AND they offer clip-ons for my glasses!

So so. All the email "updates" were the same. The didn't give me any new information on the progress of my order.

I would rate my experience 2-stars if not for he quality of the glasses. The time for my order to be completed took longer than expected- over a month. The lack of communication on the part of the company is poor. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called customer service to inquire about the status of my order and they informed me the frames were out of stock and that's why my order had not yet been processed. It would have been nice for them to reach out and let me know. I regret having paid the rush order free because I still had to wait so long to receive the glasses. I truly believe my phone call prompted them to push my order through because the next day, I received an email stating my order was being processed. I record the glasses 8 days later.
Have been purchasing from eyeglasses.com for a few years, the lenses they use are better than any other online eyeglass shop!
Reasonably priced, straightforward online ordering, communication received when the item was shipped along with tracking. The item was received in good condition and I'm pleased with the order.
Glasses are excellent. No problem with that. There was almost a month delay however. No explanation for that.

Replaced lenses in store-bought sunglasses with prescription lenses. GREAT!
I have been a customer for many years. I have found eyeglasses.com to be reliable and competent. Their selection of frames is amazing. My progressive lenses always fit perfectly.
They list the glasses as new however they sent used and oxidized glasses. Bad seller, not recommended.
Nice frames. But these lenses are out of focus. The eye prescription I used works very well for reading my laptop computer with a previously purchased pair of glasses from 39glasses. Although I carefully checked the prescription values, while entering them into eyeglasses.com, the received glasses were out of focus. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I intended to buy a second and third pair in different, more expensive frames. But now I will not. Eyeglasses.com used to be more reliable…
