There was a great selection of frames for my prescription. I love that there are models to try some of the frames on to see how it would look. I love that you have Varilux and transition lenses just like my optometrist. My husband and I both bought glasses. He had gotten rimless frames which took a few days more than mine but he couldn't be happier with his new glasses.
The sunglasses are just what I was looking for. At this moment they are at the optometrist office having my eye prescription inserted. Yes, I would recommend these sunglasses to others. My son had a pair just like these.

I was so excited to find the exact frame I was looking for, and the ordering process was easy. Hit a little snag when they didn't have the frame in the color I wanted: they emailed me, asking if I would like to choose the same frame in another color; however, the email did not state the best way to notify them of my choice. So I replied to the email, only to find out several days later (when I called to check on my order), that the person who needed the information in order to move ahead with the order did not have access to that email system. It worked out fine--thankfully, I was not in a huge hurry to get the new prescription, but it was inconvenient to not have clear instructions on how to communicate efficiently.
When i first went to the website, there's a message that appears that says 'save 15%', which prompted me to create an account. After I created the account, there's no offer for the 15% off. So it's false advertising.
I received an email in regards to my order stating that one of my frames could not have lenses inserted into them due to the jewels on them and that they would be returned with my completed order. That I was perfectly fine with. The thing that was failed to be told to me was that my frames were broken during the process of attempting to have the lenses inserted in them. This should have been told to me from the beginning when the email stating that the work could not be done on those frames was sent to me. Of course I paid money for those frames and I wanted to use them but due to them being broke I have no use for them. A simple apology would have sufficed but to not acknowledge the broken frame I have issues with. Outside of everything else dealing with eyeglasses.com I have never had any issues with you and overall my experience have been great with you but I am still a bit annoyed at the above incident.
For some unknown reasonless than I could not pay when trying to order from my iphone. When i selected Amazon pay as my choice, it never let me actually place the order. I called your 800# and she had no explanation! I had to wait til I could get on my laptop to actually try again, which fortunately was successful.
We were very pleased with the whole process. The one area we felt could have been better was with the cost of the frames. We felt as though they were a little pricey, but we could not find what we wanted anywhere else that was close to the style we needed.

In my initial order, one of the frames I ordered was discontinued. There was no indication of this on the invoice I received so I thought initially that there was a mistake. So maybe in the future there should be notes on the invoice to indicate discontinued frames.

First time, very easy, I hope my glasses are awesome! After getting my glasses I'm a little disappointed that I'm not able to wear them for longer than a few minutes before my eyes get blurry. I'm hoping my eyes get used to them quickly, still wearing my Walgreens glasses.

The first pair ordered were great.I put in the incorrect prescription details on this order. When I received this second pair and the wrong prescription was entered, I called and then sent them back for correction. I am awaiting receipt of this pair.
It has been mostly okay. The only problem I have is determining the total width for the frames. This part is an inconvenience and a trial and error. It would be good to provide total width to your customers. Not an average 1.1 x (lens widthx2 + bridge)
The frames were the exact same number and all but my lenses did not fit in them! So I wasted $100, if you have the exact same number on the frames why didn't my lenses fit in them? The frame is now bigger than it was before.

I appreciated the options available, and the option for trifocals. I wish there was a visual try on option, and the ability to edit the order in the cart. After receiving the order, I did not care for how the frames fit. They were the exact same dimensions as my current frames, but the arms have metal, and that's what rested on my ears, which hurt after a while. The company itself has been great. It's not their fault the frames didn't fit well. It's hard buying them online.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
