I love the glasses and magnetic sunglass clip ons that came with them It's a great value and saved me a lot of money. My only regret is that you can't buy additional clip ons to keep in my other cars. It's a pain in the neck trying to remember to move them from car to car. When I called and inquired, I was told I'd have to buy an entire second pair of glasses to get additional clip on sun glasses. Only one per pair allowed. This policy should be change. I would be willing to pay for additional sun glass clip ons separately.
This worked for me, and I might use this vendor again.
However, the vendor never responded to questions submitted through the website and, aside from the 'order placed' and 'order shipped' emails, I only received one other status email... but my order status changed more frequently and the displayed status codes were difficult to interpret. I resorted (:-)) to a phone call once; they did answer the phone and answer my question.
Everything has been smooth so far.
Update - the shipping took forever. The sunglasses I ordered was suddenly out of stock in the U.S., so it shipped from Italy. Love them. Hated the time it took to receive them.
The lenses didn't seem right. I took them to the optometrist who wrote the prescription and the lenses are not at all accurate. We will be returning them if we can get to it within your 30-day window.
Superb. My regular eyeglass provider told me today that this CK536 frame -- my favorite for years -- was no longer available. Glasses were delivered much sooner than expected. They were in perfect condition snd well packaged. I would recommend this company snd will use them again. They make new lenses for my old frame and I couldn't be happier.
The only issue I have had with my online glasses is with trying to size properly. I sized from my last pair as well as measured but the bridge area for the size given doesn't match to my numbers - fits a bit smaller.
Always excellent selection and the best options for lens. I rely on eyeglasses for the lens as they allow me to select the exact levels of quality.

The frame from my order is the incorrect size. The eye size is 54 when it should be size 52. I have called and emailed customer service, but have yet to hear back from any representative. I also emailed a representative that had asked me for my prescription, but have not heard back from her either. Please return my emails/call so that I can replace my order with the correct size frame.

The glasses took twice the amount of time to get, and now that I have them for a week I am convinced the lenses were not ground properly, I am having trouble seeing out of them. I have not contacted them yet to see how they will correct the glasses, I will be doing that next
I was extremely impressed with the customer service -- top notch! I did end up returning my glasses but ONLY because something was wrong with the lenses, and without knowing for sure yet, I think it was because my eyes were not adjusting well to my new astigmatism (?). Again, I was very satisfied with my experience with eyeglasses.com, but I wonder if the eye doctor did not prescribe the astigmatism right (?). The clarity was great...it was the depth perception that was throwing me off.
Your on line ordering worked very well. I also received so chat help with questions that I had and that worked very well also. I also appreciated a quality check that ended up delaying my order by several days but when I got the sunglasses, they were what I hoped for.
My experience was very positive. I ordered 3 frames, pick out the one I wanted and returned the other two. I have already received a credit for the ones I returned. I will use eyeglasses again for all my eye wear needs.
I had to redo when I had the wrong color frame and when I forgot some prescription info. It took over an hour to order online. They should allow customers to edit and make changes to the order and prescription without having to redo. Also, I did not order anti-glare and maybe they should do more to emphasize the value of this add- on. I had to send them back to add it on. Also it seemed that entering the prescription myself was ok. Then a day later they wanted a copy of the prescription- more delay. They should make this requirement clear up front. My glasses so far seem ok. But the ordering process is cumbersome.
For several years I have always had excellent results with eyeglasses.com, whether it involved all new frames and prescription lenses or replacement lenses as was the case with my most recent order. Customer service is friendly and prompt and order delivery is prompt.
I called customer service to ask if my frames were in stock. They said no and told me it would be about a week receive in their store and then they would ship to me in a day if I paid for UPS so I hope they are true to their word.

The order was received three days after I ordered the glasses, I paid for next day service. The confirmation that I received about my order then explained that next day is two or three days. I am still confused about that. Why did I pay extra? Tried to call and sent a email did not get an answer, I was trying to change order.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
