Service was excellent. As per my previous comment, I would have liked some kind of notification when my frames were received and when my glasses were to arrive so that I could take appropriate action as necessary. Otherwise, excellent.

I found everything I needed to make a knowledgeable selection of frames and lenses. Glasses arrived when scheduled. I have been wearing the glasses for about a week now and I am very pleased with them!

The quality of the frames was better than I had anticipated and the fit was perfect. I was a little nervous about getting frames without trying them first but now considering the cost advantage, the ease of ordering and final product quality, this will be my preferred method of purchase in the future.

I checked several vendors before I found eyeglasses.com with their amazing prices. I damaged my frames through sheer carelessness and needed to replace only the frames, and eyeglasses.com had the same frames for much less than I originally paid at the optometrist's office. Thanks!

My lenses where replace in one of my older existing frames perfectly. I just put them on and could see great. No hassles. Everyone locally I went too would not replace the lenses to an older frame. Trying to sell me new frames where my old frames look fine to me, in good shape. Wanted to save the cost of new frames.

Had to wait additional time to receive my glasses as the inventory in the website was not updated. Sales contacted me to let me know after the fact that the color I chose was not readily available and if I wanted to stick to it I would have to wait for restock.
Other than that the whole experience was fine.

As I stated before, I am not pleased with the lens'. My prescription is strong but all my lens' have been process to not be so thick. These are not and do not look professional because when you look from the side it is so magnified I look like I have bug eyes. I will not purchase glasses from here in the future. I am very pleased with my frames.

Hi, this is the third frame that I have bought, all the Art-Craft, 100A (I really like this style), the first two were with the "Cable Temples" which were uncomfortable for me, this order I requested the "Gold/Skull Temples".
Do they come in a little longer length? They'er a little short. Order # Y- 7961.

Good experience. These are slightly special lenses and I would not doubt they took longer to prepare. That said they arrived and were a good fit, obviously well made and I think very good value to the point I am considering ordering sunglasses very very soon.

I was very happy to have found a specific frame I owned a few years back and couldn't locate anywhere else. The price was about $100 cheaper than another store I was going to purchase from. The customer service was nonexistent. Literally! Was hardly able to get any information from anyone if I could get anyone in the first place. I'd never recommend using eyeglasses.com. The only reason I did was for the frame.

Generally satisfactory although your website sometimes "froze" and I had to clear my search and start over.
I was pleased with the fit and quality of the frame. Unfortunately the prescription lenses were useless for me and I returned the glasses.

It's great to purchase multiple glasses to choose a fitted one, because even though you can see the dimension of glasses, you have to wear them to decide whether it is comfortable. I am glad I find a nice glasses among the 4 glasses. Refund is quick, too.

I ordered 5 pair of glasses to try on before having a pair filled with lenses. It took almost 3 weeks to get them and I only got 4'pair not 5. I did find a pair that I liked and the person who I spoke with to fill that prescription was helpful

I thank you that as older adult I can find frames that are small 45-16 -130. I do not like a frame that looks like a childs frame, but it needs to be rather small, I am petite. Thank you very! Much. I wish there were more of a selection that fits progressives, though.

Excellent service. When I spoke with customer service about getting prescription lenses at a later date they were very helpful and even said I could take them to someone locally, but they would be happy to help me when I got my new prescription. The frames arrived quickly and are excactly what I thought the would be.
