Found the item I wanted at a great price. Ordering also went smoothly.

Got an email a couple days after I placed my order that my item was back ordered by the manufacturer for almost a month. But then 2-3 days later I got an email that my item was shipped.

I was unable to find these locally after I broke the pair I was wearing.
I continue to have problems with the glasses but they are not because of eyeglasses.com. My optometrist had trouble removing the standard lenses and had to send it to a lab. The lab mixed up the request and put the standard lenses in and lost my prescription lenses. I am still waiting to get the sunglasses back.

There was a delay in receiving my order with no advise from the company. However, once I sent an e-mail regarding the status of my order, I received an immediate response. The product was shipped the next day.

STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT

Finally after 21 days I got a response to email & they tried to blame a spam filter for not responding & then referred to "these difficult times" trying to blame COVID. Give me a break! L I was told my frames should be coming in the following week but still not even an estimated shipping date. To their credit, they offered to cancel order & give an immediate refund. I replied to email & asked about a different frame being in stock so my order could be processed sooner & not cancel it. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK OF NO REPLY, I tried calling customer service again & was surprised to reach someone. Very nice & helpful. She apologized for the problem & processed the cancellation. I explained that the refund could not go to the card used for purchase. I was told there was no problem & I provided alternate card info. I quickly received confirmation of the refund being issued to the card provided on the phone. When REFUND DID NOT POST to the account, I checked the old account & the refund was posted to the wrong account... Then I noticed the refund amount was $50 short. It would appear that they PLAN TO CHARGE ME $50 DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE!
I replied to the refund notice about the wrong account & the wrong refund amount & requested a reply with their plan to rectify both issues. I may get a reply next month some time & will update review when I do.
***STAY AWAY... They have thousands of reviews, so the bad ones get filtered down. If there are any glitches at all with your order... you can forget about it.

Do they have customer service? Placed order 15 days ago $400 lenses & $150 frames. Invoice came quickly by email & no indication that discounts were applied for my vision insurance so I emailed right away (#1). Phone calls, voice messages & 7 emails later, NO RESPONSE FROM CUST SRVC. 4 days after order, the status on my order changed from "pending" to "back ordered" & still no communication, not even to notify me. New question on order... new email(#2). Phone calls, voice messages & emails (#3,4 & & 5) Days 13-15 (#6 &7) my order status changed to "in process"... whatever that means. No expected shipping date. I just want to know if my insurance was applied to my purchase so we can resolve that if needed & when I can expect my glasses. Days 1-14, I was able to be patient, aggravated but still patient. Now... Not so much... Day 15 still no reply.

**NOTE- My payment was processed within 48hrs.

I tried to cancel via email to customer service. Never received answer. Then I received request for payment information and I called customer service but not available so I left message to call me at 706/342-2760 on 3/10/2017. Never received a return call nor email. I will be returning as this was a replacement frame for a pair I had damaged and my lens company had discontinued. However in the meantime the damaged frames broke so I had to go ahead and replace. Your service was very slow for a frame only that was shown as in stock

It took 2 weeks from order to receipt of delivery. Eyeglassees.com did a wonderful job, very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative is they forget to include the COA fit the transitions, called them and they immediately sent it out. Overall a good experience.

Everything Good

Everything Good. Glasses were received promptly, and both the lens quality and frame quality are excellent. On one pair I supplied the frames, and the lenses were sized and installed perfectly. The lens prescriptions were checked and were perfect, so I can't downgrade my rating for any reason. My wife also ordered from eyeglasses.com and was also completely satisfied. I've saved the site on my favorites and intend to use eyeglasses.com as my source for quality eyewear from now on.

This is my third pair of eyeglass frames to have the lenses replaced. This one was a bit more special as the lenses had to be placed in rimless frames. Had been warned that these can be tricky due to the nature of the rimless frames. Anyway, eyeglasses look great and the fit seems to be fine. Thank you. Prices are reasonable and shipping and online ordering has been smooth in transactions. Thank you.

Although I ordered frames with lens, I was asked to send my frames to complete the order. An e-mail communication finally resolved the issue, and the glasses arrived via one day UPS delivery. The frames with lens are just what I wanted.

Happy with the glasses but the glass case that came with it was cheap and from China didn't like that. Also the description stated the glasses were made in one place and on the glasses says it was made somewhere else. But I do like the glasses thank you.

The online ordering process was very easy for my replacement lenses. But I paid for next day shipping and I couldn't print my labels, so I had to call Customer Service and they emailed me the label, this issue delayed my shipping the frames by 2 days, so not really worth paying for the UPS Next Day as I ultimately only saved 1 or 2 days. I also paid for the "rush" service, eyeglasses.com had my frames for about 10 days (not including shipping). Overall a good experience and I saved $ based on what my Optometrist was going to charge me.

The experience overall was good

The experience overall was good. It took longer than expected, 2 1/2 -3 weeks.
Also, wasn't informed that you needed the pupil distance until a week after the order was placed, had to make a special trip to the optometrist to get that done, adding more time to the delivery.

This was an overall pleasant experience, and I wouldn't want to get my glasses anywhere else in the future. Much better than spending half a day at a local optical establishment, being told the presented charge for the glasses wasn't quite accurate, and ending up with $400 glasses no matter how unnecessary it was. You choose your glasses, send in your Rx, and in a matter of days--new glasses.

The overall experience was great. However, it was not clear that the lens were not part of the order. I thought I was going to receive the frames with lenses, even though they were not prescription lenses, in order to make a separate order of prescription lenses based on the lenses that came with the frames. If possible, please clarify this for customers when purchasing eyeglasses.

I'm real pleased with my sunglasses

I'm real pleased with my sunglasses. An issue i had with my bridge size and plastic frames was resolved. I feel the virtual try on feature should be available for all the frames. Showing frames from several different angles is also very helpful and should be available for all the frames too. Thanks from, diane

Very nice, you have the style i was looking for, you had a nice array of pictures in various angles, and measurements of all parts of the glasses. You have the option to use amazon, however the amazon option did not work for what ever reason.
