Order ease w/ my insurance. Prices are high. Cost the same elsewhere without insurance..

It was a while ago and I don't remember this being an issue - this time it was difficult

I always get exactly what I need. I have never had to contact customer service or return my glasses.

I only was able to make my previous brand (Biofinity Toric) for 10 months of the expected 12 that was cited. The contacts were a bit uncomfortable

I tried to use 1800 contacts but they could not find my VSP insurance. They could find my wife's but not mine, so I came back to eyeconic to get contacts again because they could find my eye insurance benefit. I will keep using eyeconic for all future eye wear needs.

We live 30 miles from the next big town. This is so convenient

Been using eyeconic for a few years and love it. My only complaint is that they do not ship to APO so I have to send it to a family member in the states and then they send it to me.

Great website. This is my second time ordering contact lenses and it is easy to navigate through it. As far as the Rx, you can put it in yourself. Will be ordering here for now on.

Super helpful, glasses didn't fit super easy to return/exchange.

It's nice to be able to take advantage of my insurance benefits without having to deal with a salesperson who's trying to get me to purchase more than I need. I appreciate that this online store exists. They only thing that would make it better is if I could figure out how to use the same account for two people on the same insurance. Can't figure it out.

The website was easy to use and maneuver, the prices are cheat, and the whole process plus shipping is super fast.

Each time I have interacted with Eyeconic personnel, they have been wonderful to deal with. I've called to change a prescription, change an order, return an order, and get help deciding which features I actually needed on my computer glasses.

I've loaded my prescription before however since I only order for one eye it did not have the complete prescription.

Good glasses. No real warranty for scratches on lenses but does the job.

I have routinely purchased quality glasses at an incredible price utilizing my insurance.

This is the 2nd year i have ordered from Eyeconic. It's super easy and convenient. I am able to use my FSA debit card and items are delivered within a week.

The eyeglasses were spot on. Unfortunately they got damaged a few months later, and I couldn't navigate the site to get service. All I needed was the right lense replaced. However my prescription has changed and no point in repairing them.
