Super convenient! Exam was only $25 for a BI-ANNUAL exam accredited by real Optometrist! I hate having to pay over $100 for a YEARLY exam. For the same prescription! It's expensive & feels like those visits are a scam & only implemented to keep those companies afloat!
I have been back and forth with conic and VSP for weeks trying to order contacts. I'm either told that I don't have coverage or that the website is acting up and to try back later. But Iris was amazing and was able to resolve my issues with one phone call. Thank you, Iris!

If you got your paperwork from your eye visit all you have to do it's like for a glasses that you like put in the information from your eye doctor visit and place an order. This is the second time ordering. Simple easy fast and better price.

Good variety of products at decent prices. First time ordering and I must say I am impressed but the quality of the frame is ordered (Calvin Klein), comfortability, and style. I had to contact customer service once because my prescription was in a pending status for a while awaiting my Dr's office response. My only issue with that is days we're wasted waiting on my Dr's office to respond to Eyeconics request. The recommendation I have for Eyeconic is to follow-up with the customer sooner to get a headstart on the ordering process. It's better if you have a prescription to upload on your own so that there aren't any delays in the ordering process. Once I uploaded my prescription, Eyeconic then immediately processed my order without further delay. I have to say overall I am pleased with the level of service, products, and professionalism offered. I will order again soon. I used my VSP insurance and they followed my prescription precisely to what it showed. Thank You Eyeconic! My new place to shop for frames and lenses.
My glasses did not fit correctly and had to be sent back as the anti reflective coating was peeling off.
Ordered contacts used student discount and insurance. Great competitive prices.
Virtual try on was hit and miss. Didn't find many frames I liked. The frames I received were not in the color I ordered. I'm not sure what was going on with the lenses but I was unable to focus with them on at all. Had to return the glasses.
